The all-new seven-passenger 2014 Acura MDX rides on a new, lighter platform for better fuel economy that also allows more room for third-row passengers. The formerly exclusive all-wheel-drive MDX now has a more efficient and less-expensive front-wheel-drive variant that pairs with a standard V-6 engine. The MDX competes with Buick's Enclave, the Lincoln MKT and BMW X5.
