"I'm a big RWD sports car guy, I bought the TL-Type S because I needed a car in Chicago that would be minimal effort in the snow without having to swap tires twice a year. So far so good. the car has decent power, has enough tech to feel like I'm driving a new car, and has a timeless design. The only downside is FWD...which definately shows up in acceleration...particularly around corners. A good set of sticky tires helps with that though."

"couldn't afford new so bought used with a few miles... runs and handles like new. 30 mpg with plenty of horses. sweet styling, solid feel and its a Honda product... great combination."

"I bought this car about 2 years ago with 31k on it- and I love it! The problems with torque steer are with any front wheel drive, and not as bad as some people say- it's never happened to me! There are only 2 things I will say against the TL: the quality/ durability of the seat leather( mine doesn't look very good- was told by Acura- this is normal!), and the Michelin Pilot's that they put ont the car from the factory- they slip on anything wet!!! Other than that I reaaly Love this car, which is the second TL I have owned- had a 2000 TL until the Trans. gave out! Trans. seems very good in this one though, and not as many problems reported with this trans.! Gas mileage is awesome- I get 31 to 32 mpg on straight highway- Nice!!!"

"All I have to say is the 08 Acura TL is the best car on the road. I mean everything about the car is top notch. Comfort, Quality, Peformance, and so forth. This car is the bomb. I happen to just get a TL-Type S, but whether you have just a regular TL, or a Sport version, you can't go wrong."

"Yet another great little unit; first one was an '04. The TL is a combination of luxury and practicality. Great gas mileage, yet engine spicier than most when called upon. A fun drive and with regular maintenance has the typical Honda reliability. Yes I will buy another when this one is done......"

"I have been seaching for a car that has great peformance and great handling with a luxurious feel. The exterior is very agressive looking but when your in the inside it feels entertaining. The center console navigation system has a 7.5" screen if im correct and has plenty of different features that it provides. The hand free link allows almost anything to be controlled by voice. A very comfortable car, the only down fall is that the car is front heavy so in the snow might be its match. Overall, I recommend anyone buy this car. Very reliable and powerful."

"Coming from a standard Honda Accord EX-V6, I knew that I could not go wrong with an Acura. Acura is the luxury for Honda Corporation. This car rides with ease, is agile, has great style both inside and out, and basically no cabin or outside noise when driving. While Mercedes and BMW are luxury vehicles, I feel like I received that in this Acura, with all the bells and whistles, obviously at a least expensive price. However, I drive about 44 miles a day to and from work, and it doesnt seem that great on gas, but I still LOVE this car. Just put in your iPod, and you will forget all about it. If your considering high luxury but dont want to pay it, you get it and more with the Acura TL, GPS Navigation package."

"This is my 4th Acura starting with an Integra in 1990. They have all passed 200K miles comfortably and this one is the best of the bunch so far. I bought it Certified Pre-Owned with 22K miles. The car looks good, handles well, great interior and exterior lighting systems. It also has a great sound system and gets reasonably good mileage (23-24 Hwy and about 19-20 city). I chose the TL this time over the TL-S that I previously owned, mostly due to a more comfortable ride and my penchant for driving a little slower these days on winding country roads. It has the same size engine as my previous TL-S, so it has plenty of get up and go when I need it. Highly recommended as a great value as well."
