"Great vehicle for driving in areas with rough winters. Handles icy/snowy mountain driving with ease. This A4 only has 150 hp that is the draw back. Great freeway ride- smooth, tight, and good gas mileage."

"Pluses: styling, quattro in snow or rain, interior, handling, brand. Minuses: engine oil leaks, fuel economy, parts can be expensive. The 97's were reliable because they had the 12 valve 2.8 and the non tiptronic transmission. Overall, a very good car."

"this is my first car i bought it used almost a year ago and its been great. ive hit 2 deer with it in the last year and it still runs great. the only down side is the remote to unlock the car dies easily and it feels like im having to drive all the way to the audi dealer to get it reprogramed and a new battery every month. but other than that its been a great car."

"1st Audi, owned for 10 yrs now, 140,000 plus miles still going strong. Still handles great. A little costly to repair. Front suspension arms had to be replace twice, other wise all else was routine. rear seating a bit tight, solved in future models."
