1996 Audi A6

Kelley Blue Book Retail $3,175–$3,675

This price range reflects the Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail value for all trim levels, but not necessarily all available options.

The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail value represents the amount an auto dealer might ask for a specific vehicle; the actual sale price will vary. A vehicle's popularity, condition, warranty, color and local market conditions are factors involved in determining a final price. The retail value is not a trade-in or private party value.

The Suggested Retail value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. The Suggested Retail value also allows for advertising, sales commissions, insurance and other costs of doing business as a dealer. Most vehicles offered at this price have passed an inspection, and some may carry a warranty. Vehicle mileage is assumed to be normal or below normal.

"Bought it at 100365 miles and have not had a problem. Could use more power but its still has enough to out perform most cars like it. Its great in rain and snow. Quick off the line and even better on the highway. Gets great gas milage on the highway (very comfortable for long trips). Body repairs are expensive so make sure you dont hit anything. A guy reversed into my back quarter panel and it cost over $1300 to fix (a little expensive for a 13 year old car). great audio (make sure you have ipod or cd player). make sure you get regular maintance and it should last you a while."

"Totally under rated. Audis materials and craftsmanship are 2nd to none. I have quattro wagon. Title says 97 but manual is for 96. Either way, same car. I've got 250k on the engine and still going strong. Change water pump and timing belt every 90k. Kept up on oil changes. Runs like new....seriously. Very gutless off the line but great acceleration at freeway speeds. Reverse lights went out & cost 400.00 to replace multi switch. Otherwise nothing has broken. Yes it's that great of a car. Unbelievable handling and stereo. Quiet inside. Love it."
