"I purchase the vehicle 10 months ago and performed the necessary requirements to bring its condition to solid. This is not a "cheap" vehicle, your average cost for each repair will be over $200. Focus on taking care of things prior to them going down: bulbs, brakes, switches, wiper blades and tires. It's called maintenance - do it and the vehicle will serve you well. Things that are costly are: fuel pump ($800) crank sensor ($500) transmission fluid and change ($ 500) however once their completed the car is solid. Have any car your interested in inspected by a "qualified" Audi mechanic."

"Bought this AWD V8 Quattro nearly 12 years old and with 155,000 miles on it. Had a German shop inspect it inside and out and gave it a good seal of approval. Fortunately, they said the timing belt had been replaced farily recently. I love this car! The ride is incredibly smooth with all the interior bells and whistles inside. The power is immaculate. It handles superbly in the snow and rain. It even has a kicking 6-CD changer stereo system. There are a few mechanical items we still need to fix: a new Idle Valve $700, Rear passenger door doesn't open from the inside $100, Rack and Pinion Steering Column hisses a little ($ unknown), but with these fixes, I should be able to get it to 200,000 miles easy and be ready for a newer model by then. I would recommend this car to someone who knows a trustworthy German mechanic specialist and is willing to put the extra money into maintaining it right. Because all things considered, whoever bought these cars new, definitely took very good care of their investments."

"Bought 2000 A8 with 110K. This is the best high end sedan I've ever owned. Power combined with superb handling for a full size car make it a pleasure to drive. All wheel drive rivals SUV's; 5 speed auto. trans. allows engine not to overworked. Stainless steel build components are evident in ride characteristics. Why would you want a lexus ?"

"It's an Audi! What more can u say... Best on comfort, great on features, and seamless and effortless in diving and cruising... It's my personal comfort-machine! Bose sound system adds to style and luxury. Red dashboard lights make it look like a knight on a mission.. One of the best cars among the high-end car makers."

"The car is absolutly amazing with the 4.2 litre engine, it is very fast. I had the oportunity to take mine to the Autobhan's in Germany and let me tell you there were quite a few Porsche's that didn't stand a chance. And the best part is it dosn't ware me out when I drive it not at all like my 430 Scuderia."
