This price range reflects the Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail value for all trim levels, but not necessarily all available options.
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail value represents the amount an auto dealer might ask for a specific vehicle; the actual sale price will vary. A vehicle's popularity, condition, warranty, color and local market conditions are factors involved in determining a final price. The retail value is not a trade-in or private party value.
The Suggested Retail value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. The Suggested Retail value also allows for advertising, sales commissions, insurance and other costs of doing business as a dealer. Most vehicles offered at this price have passed an inspection, and some may carry a warranty. Vehicle mileage is assumed to be normal or below normal.

"I bought this superb looking very fast beast with 57k miles on the clock. It was a smooth as silk and at first a lovely car. Within the next 40k miles over 2.5 years, it has needed a new engine management system, a new fuel pump (apparently vulnerable), brake sensors, and a reconditioned gear box (apparently vulnerable on the 4.2 quattro and generally not Audi's forte). It is currently in the garage with another fuel pump problem. Additionally, there appear to be few independent Audi garages around who are confident of tackling such a big car. The main dealer prices for parts and labor are eye watering. A car for those with courage and deep pockets."
"Most for the money - and very anonymos. Thatīs good - real good!
AUDI knows how to make a fantastic car without having to look like it shines in your eyes and you have to ware sunglasses."
"Nicely designed, comfortable, fast and predictable with the AWD drivetrain. Cupholders should be expected for this price. All is lost, however, on the failure of key mechanicals -- broken cam follower ($3K) and no reverse ($8K) on a car that has been babied and dealer serviced since new. Transmission fluid change? $500! Sunroof sticks open -- a plague since it was new. Deutschland electricals lag the metal-bending skills."
