This price range reflects the Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail value for all trim levels, but not necessarily all available options.
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail value represents the amount an auto dealer might ask for a specific vehicle; the actual sale price will vary. A vehicle's popularity, condition, warranty, color and local market conditions are factors involved in determining a final price. The retail value is not a trade-in or private party value.
The Suggested Retail value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. The Suggested Retail value also allows for advertising, sales commissions, insurance and other costs of doing business as a dealer. Most vehicles offered at this price have passed an inspection, and some may carry a warranty. Vehicle mileage is assumed to be normal or below normal.

"Love it. No issues. Tight, fast and nice engine sound. I have black on black. Great sound system and bluetooth works great. GPS is also the best I have used compared to Mitsubishi, GM, Landrover and Mercedes.
Pricey, but I bought mine used. So no real issue for me."

I have a friend that works at a Audi dealership and had the opportunity to drive the S5.
Style, design, : This car is very sexy the minute you look at it. It's characteristics similates with the new BMW 3 series coupe, but is very distinctive in it's own. The styling on this car demands respect. Other drivers will speed up, slow down, or pull over to get a closer look. Design on this vehicle won't get outdated. 30 tears from now some young kid is going to want to restore a car like this. The interior had red leather bucket seats, but felt luxurious.
Performance, handling, and comfort: The take off is smooth from start to finish. I really enjoyed the naturally aspirated 4.2 V8 engine. The S5 drove like a sports car but felt like a Cadillac. I got to take the car to 130 mph and felt as if I was only going 70 mph. What more can I say about it's AWD system other than the fact that it is AWD. Unless you're a professional driver AWD is best for handling. There's a $10,000 mark-up and people are lining up for it. If you're looking for a sports car without losing comfortability this one is for you."
