"The 3 series is a very nice car and handles better that any other sedan on the road in my opinion. I have owned a 2004 530i in the past, and the 5 series is more comfortable and handles nearly as well, but the 3 series has a little extra fun factor that you trade for a slight bit more noise (3dba) and a little less comfort. I ditched the new run on flat contiprocontacts and gained a little improvement in tire noise (1.5 dba) and a little more compliance over bumps. I installed Michelin primacy mxm4 and grabbed a slime tire repair kit. The heated steering wheel has given me some problems (turns itself off) and the dealer is going to replace it. These are really nice cars, but be realistic about the performance vs luxury tradeoff, if you want a serene ride and smooth sailing, get a 5 series, if you want a little more toss-able fun, then get a 3 series and be prepared to feel a few bumps and hear a little more noise. The interior is well executed and has comfortable seats that are firm."

"Great solid car. The xDrive is a must-have for this midwest winter climate. The 2.8L engine is adequate, but if you want more torque, opt for the bigger engine. Handling is quite good for a car this heavy. My other car is a MB E-class, and the 328xi is much more fun around town. The CPO warranty is outstanding."

"I love the way this car drives and handles. The exterior styling of this car is exceptional. However, the biggest disapointment is the interior styling which is still stuck in the 80s. I Think that the people who designed the interior of this car should stop by an infinity or a lexus dealership to pick up some new ideas."

"Inimitable blend of performance and luxury. Driven around town, it could pass for anything comparable. Driven hard on a twisty road, its purpose comes into focus. Unflappable, bigtime fun."

"This is my 3rd BMW, after owning an older 750 iL, and an 04 330 iL, the current 328 i, with M package and all the options that BMW has available, this car just turns heads. Very good handling, much better than any other BMW or sports car. The Manual transmission makes driving fun, and saves me gas. The aero dynamics of this car are great. I could not be happier wi this car, which looks like and drives like an M3 but is realible n economic like a Civic."

"Great car but I bought the sports model 328i Car is fast but rides a little rough big rims little tire. Next time I will not get the sports package, also goes through tires real fast, it cost about 250.00 a tire for the run flats. The heated steering wheel is currently acting up and had to get the hard drive Rebooted for the iPhone to work. All in all fun car to drive"

"I traded in an 04 Acura TL for this 328. The BMW is head and shoulders above the TL in every way. This is my first BMW and first rear wheel drive. I'm now a huge fan."

"This car is awesome. I've never had a BMW before but now it's going to be hard to switch to something else. The only thing I would improve on is the comfort of the seats since I got the sport package and they are too firm. It would also be nice to not have to put the key in the ignition for the engine to start with the push button technology. Overall, I love this car!"

"It may not be as comfy as those large luxury sedans I drove before. To me, it is comfortable and better than the "A". I enjoy my car and always take it just for a drive apart from everyday commuting. I would highly recommended this most well balanced compact luxury sedan with great driving enjoyment"
