"Always dreamed of owning a 3 series BMW. Bought mine as a CPO with 25k miles on it. Had lots of little issues with it. HPFP replaced 2x, water pump, Fog lights, Steering column, Gear shifter, ect, ect....just a small list of replaced items. While all under warranty still a huge pain to have to go to the dealer and get a loaner. When these cars are tuned they are fast. Handles reasonably well but not like I thought a BMW would. Overall not sure if I'll ever own another one. Costs lots to maintain and has lots of problems which makes for a fair owning experience."

The Best selling BMW.. the E92 3 series coupe

"To make this the newest, fastest generation 3 series coupe, BMW has to do something to step it up a notch from the previous E46 3 series. What did they do? They put in a TwinTurbo onto the engine of the new E92 335 and fine tuned it until it has barely any noticeable turbo lag with excellent handling. With the Turbo engine pumping out a adrenaline rushing 300hp and 300tq, this car is born to be in the tracks and windy mountain roads. The styling looks much more aggressive than the previous generation E46 coupe. Perhaps you would sacrifice a little gas mileage if you have a lead foot, but who doesn't love driving it hard when it begs you to? Overall, BMW has done an excellent job of revamping the 3 series coupe, and it might be the best one yet."

"BMW 335i Convertible. Twin Turbo engine is fast with loads of torque. Little to no turbo lag. The interior is very nice with wood trim and heated seats... Can't say enough about the hard top convertible - people still ask to have me demonstrate. Fun handling, fast car but with all the creature comforts... ONLY complaint has been the Run Flat Tires. Have now replaced 3 rims due to cracks when hitting pot holes. Will soon swap out and carry a flat repair kit. Car is just a joy to take on long rides or canyon winding roads-- it really does perform...!!!"

"I was searching for a car for 6 months and my list of criteria as a car enthusiast was quite lengthy. The 335i and the G37S Coupe 6speed were the final two contenders and the 335i was just so much more fun to drive. If you want a lot of bang for the bucks, Look for a 2007 or 2008 335i. Good luck finding a 6 speed coupe though. i waited and i am glad i did. Be warned, the car doesn't feel as fast as it is, and upwards of 75 extra horsepower is available for only a few hundred dollars through various tuners on the market .my only hand up is i don't expect the car to be the most reliable so i purchased a pricey extended warranty."

"BOUGHT THE CAR USED. CHANGED REAR TIRES AND ONE REAR RIM. BUT, KNEW THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. CAR HAS BEEN A DAILY DRIVER BUT LOOK FORWARD TO THE LONG ROAD HOME EACH TIME I TAKE IT OUT. STARTS, RUNS WITHOUT A HITCH AND OH DOES IT HANDLE A WINDING ROAD. YOU HEAR ABOUT THE 300HP BUT DON'T FORGET THAT 300FT/LB PART. THIS CAR PULLS AWAY FROM MOST OTHER SPORTS CARS. THAT IN LINE SIX IS A STAR ONE OF THE BEST ENGINES OUT OF GERMANY. BEST OF ALL - NICE DAY AND THE HARD TOP ROOF FOLDS INTO THE TRUNK... WHAT ELSE CAN YOU ASK FOR...!?"

"I've owned my 335 coupe since 2007. Run flats can be a little harsh when going over bumps but overall if you want a great looking cruiser that has fantastic power, excellent mileage and is very reliable this one's for you."

"could not be happier with this car. when you want excitement, this car delivers. the power is incredible and instantaneous from the turbos. the handling is sharp and responsive. when you want a relaxing car, it is quiet, easy to drive and comfortable. looks fantastic. as fast as most sports cars, far more luxurious. fuel mileage is good for a twin turbo car. back seat is comfortable for a coupe, plenty of leg room for most adults. get one."

"BMW 335i is build to be driven hard I had 135i brand new for one year 60000miles no problems what so ever Chip tuned with ALPINA chip 420 hp on crank dynoed Change OIL as soon you see it going down on your board computer do not go for 15000 miles and remember at least every 6 months oil change no matter what. Use only castrol oil full synthetic EUROPEAN FORMULA! Or Motul oil HPFP no issues sorry for CA you guys have bad fuel which affects your HPFP but you can use octane booster to prevent it. Car is very comfortable if you are on the good build road the seat position is one of the best out there. Steering give you all feed back from the road(the reason why lexus and mercedes and audi drivers think its not comfortable. Its called feeling the road and handling) Its been the same for my 335i Chiped with ALPINA chip plus aef intake around 450hp GPS shows near 200mph M3 and M5 stock not fast enough This car is not for everyone only the one who really like to push it hard and drive it daily The gasoline in the US has 10% ethanol which eats plastics inside your HPFP if you leave it standing around for too long "weekend drivers" All of you who know how to appreciated the Ultimate Driving Machine have fun driving it ...... "2007 BMW 335, 2-door Coupe, 6-speed manual, Sport Package. I bought the car from a BMW dealer with the CPO warranty. I owned it for 6-months, 8k miles, and then traded it in for a big loss. That was my third BMW, and maybe my last. Pros: Twin turbos are real fast. Beautiful exterior styling. Fun to drive. I averaged 28 MPG on the highway. Excellent brakes. Cons: Reliability issues. If you are considering the 335, research the fuel pump issue. The fuel pump problem is discussed all over most BMW forum websites. The car will leave you stranded without warning. Other issues include: the automatic seat belt distributor rarely worked correctly and odd electrical issues. I had the Sport Package which has a very harsh ride and the sport seats are hard and uncomfortable. The run flat tires are BMW's huge mistake because they make a lot of noise, have a short life, are expensive, and apparently BMW never considered what happens if you get a flat when you are not convenient to a BMW dealership. There is no spare tire. There is no dipstick. BMW recommends changing the oil every 15k miles. When I bought the car it had 22k miles and it had only had the oil changed once in its lifetime. I got rid of it at 30k miles and it still had only one oil change in its lifetime, yikes! If you wear polarized sun glasses, you can't see the radio display."
