"I was torn between the Infiniti G37 coupe and the BMW 335i Coupe. I researched both cars and searched all over for used car deals. The G37 was available for a few thousand less. But after test driving, I was set on the 335. The G37 feels heavy and sluggish compared to the 335. I test drove 2 G37s to make sure I didn't get a bad vehicle the first time. The 335 was hard to find. I live in Chicago and ended up driving to Connecticut to pick up my car and drove it back. I was really surprised at how comfortable it was during the 13 hour drive back. The seats are very supportive and have so many adjustments it can be overwhelming. 2 features I like on the G37 over the 335: Leather and backup camera. The leather in the BMW (I have the premium Dakota Leather) is inferior to what you would expect in a luxury car. It's not as soft and doesn't feel as nice as in the G37. According to BMW, they make their leather that way purposely so it lasts longer. Which is true because most leather will wrinkle over time, but not the BMW. The 335 also didn't come with backup camera from what I could tell. It's a nice feature if you're used to having it and I was so I miss it. Overall, I am extremely happy with the 335! I love driving it and it has many little features you only discover after owning it. My only concern is the maintenance costs since BMWs are known to be expensive to maintain. But I've only owned it for less than a month so I don't have any personal experience in this area."

"I recently bought a 2008 BMW 335xi coupe I located through cars.com. This car is a blast to drive. Great acceleration, great handling, great looks. This is a close as you can get to a sports car while seating 4 with a trunk big enough to hold a golf bag."

"I've owned 3,5, and 7 series BMW models. Seven in total. All have been very reliable. This one has been the most fun. The surefooted handling and high power go together to make a remarkable ride. I've driven many other hi performance cars, but none as satisfying to drive. The Mustangs, Camaros, SRT Chryslers I drove, befor making my choice, were all very good. But none were as refined or as rewarding to drive. Although I'm a Chrysler retiree, with a large discount, I still bought the BMW."

"An almost perfect balance between handling and performance - this after fours years with a Lexus GS430, which was too fast for the handling. Don't much care for the i-drive, but otherwise the ergonomics are great."

"For those drivers who like a performance vehicle, with all the power and handling you reasonably need, this is a great car. This car is bored at 80 miles per hour, yet gets 28-30 miles per gallon. When you need a little boost, it goes from 80 to 100 instantly, yet stops quickly. I have a Jeep, Yukon, Subaru, but this is the car I look forward to driving when I just want to have fun."
