Vehicle Overview

The BMW 6 Series comes with either an inline-six or V-8 engine and is offered in coupe and soft-top convertible variants, both of which seat four. Rear- and all-wheel-drive versions are available, and it competes with the Mercedes-Benz E-Class coupe and cabriolet. A stretched, four-door version of the 6 Series coupe called the Gran Coupe and the M6 performance version are covered in separate reports in the Cars.com Research section.

New for 2015

A digital instrument panel is now standard, and the standard navigation system now includes a touchpad for the iDrive controller. The automatic transmission now has a Launch Control function, and the V-8-powered 650i gains an M Sport Exhaust. A Harman Kardon premium stereo is now available.

    Amazing car overall

    Everything is great with the car! Its a BMW just need to make sure to keep up with maintenance and your good to go. Very happy with the car

    Love BMW's

    The car is fun, fast and great design. There are some small issues on the options like the center counsel wheel for the stereo. Nothing mechanically wrong

    Love it!

    Great exhaust note, awesome feel. Great balance of luxury and performance. Looked at 640 and glad I got the 650.

    Looks and performance

    As a previous 650 convertible owner I thought I knew what to expect. I was wrong. The 2015 is a big improvement over the 2010. Performance, convenience items, and safety technology has been boosted. Everything is improved except the seating material. At 5500 miles the drivers seat is already showing wear. Would recommend upgrading to a better leather option

    Great styling. High end appointments in the interior. Comfortable front seats. Not much back seat room. Complicated electronics- too much redundancy
