This price range reflects the Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail value for all trim levels, but not necessarily all available options.
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail value represents the amount an auto dealer might ask for a specific vehicle; the actual sale price will vary. A vehicle's popularity, condition, warranty, color and local market conditions are factors involved in determining a final price. The retail value is not a trade-in or private party value.
The Suggested Retail value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. The Suggested Retail value also allows for advertising, sales commissions, insurance and other costs of doing business as a dealer. Most vehicles offered at this price have passed an inspection, and some may carry a warranty. Vehicle mileage is assumed to be normal or below normal.

"Our second 745Li (dealer suggested buyback of the '03 has been superb. The seats are the best we have everr sat upon and offer heating, cooling, massage and adjustable support everywhere; 27 adjustments, I believe. The car has useful features most owners will never even discover!
Indeed, cost of ownership is high due to depreciation. the iDrive took had a learning curve, but is as good or better than most systems developed since. It is the best system I have used while DRIVING. I dislike that the owner cannot program soem of the special features of the car, as the dealer charges plenty. The BlueTooth integration came about in march '05, and should be considered essential.
The 745 is surprisingly fast while delivering excellent fuel economy for cruising in comfort. I have never found the handling limits, of this or any other BMW and recently had occasion for a radical avoidance maneuver at 75 mph that amazed me. I truly believe that virtually any other car would have rolled over or crashed somehow, but this big luxo-sedan gripped and recovered better than many sports cars would."
