"I bought a 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXS in August and I cannot say enough good things about it. The only drawback is the console, but that is something I can live with as the rest of the car more than makes up for that one short-coming. I have a back injury. I drove just about every Chevrolet and Ford they had, and because of the headrest in those vehicles, it caused my neck to be at such an awkward angle that my neck hurt and they didn't work out. My Buick doesn't have that issue. The seats are amazing, it handles like a dream and if you are a horsepower buff such as myself, I highly recommend driving one!!"

"This car does NOT live up to the Buick ride reputation at all. The front wheel drive model is fine (I had a 2010 and traded for a 2011 AWD). The AWD model which I purchased is far from smooth. There is a constant shimmy coming from the rear differential at highway speeds. The rear differential switching which wheel to give power to can be felt when acceleration moderately to merger into traffic. I had a shake in the steering wheel at highway speeds and they detemined that was the motor having an abnormal shimmy. That corrected the steering wheel problem. GM also attempted to correct the rear end shimmy problem by replacing the rear end to no avail. Total repair cost to GM was $11,000 and they didn't get it fixed. I ended up suing through the lemon law and won. GM is now repurchasing the vehicle."

"This car is amazing. I bought the CSX and it has literally every option avaliable and I love it! I would recommend this car to anyone. I have owned other Buicks in the past-a 2005 CSX- and this by far is the best!"

"Great ride, great sound system, navigation is easy to use, heads up display is very nice, many amenities that Lexus and BMW didnt have... German and Chinese engineers helped colaborate on the design and function of this stylish vehicle. I cant help grin from ear to ear when I approach my LaCrosse... I've recieved numerous compliments..."

"I've most recently driven Lexus 350 and Acura TL. When shopping, drove Lexus, Infiniti, Acura, BMW, Mercedes. Ignoring the vast difference in price, this car is significantly better in almost every aspect. I strongly recommend a test...don't be duped by the "brand" cache and pay way too much."

"I was set on buying a used Lexus 460 for the quiet cabin and hand free features. I found the LaCrosse as a demo with 4000 miles for about the same price as a 3-4 year old 460 with 40,000. This is my first GM car and I am very satisfied so far. The hands free features for the phone and NAV work like on star trek (about time). The voice recognition is unbelieveable, and the car is SILENT. Perfect for my all my sales time on the road. The on board HDD works perfectly with my CDs, Ipod and audio books from Audible. Andalows you to pause live radio/XM when you answer a call. The performance and exterior styling are not quite on par with 460, but the interior is about 90% there. Fit, finish and feel are excellent. Blue LED highlighting all over the interior, rear sun shade, and the dash looks like an aircraft cockpit. I have the luxury version, but with sport suspension and low profile tires and this car handles just as good as my old Acrua TL. Maybe even a little flatter cornering. I have only had this car for a few months, but so far it is better than I expected. I love the techy features, and interior styling. And I have to add it feels pretty good driving up to my union construction sites in a Detroit Vehicle. If you are looking for luxury imports, check this car out. You may be pleasantly surprised."

Buick Lacrosse Ride Stinks

"My Lacrosse with 18 inch wheels and a V6 has 4200 miles on it. During the few months I have owned it, I can say this is the worst driving car I have owned. It has a constant vibration that if feel through the seat and my legs. When I look at the floor board, my pant legs are actually moving. It has been back to Buick twice. Once for a balancing which changed nothing. The second time they force balanced the tires and ended up replacing one of them. The ride is even worse than before. I have driven the same roads in my Toyota Solara and Hyundai Sonata which had little if no vibration. Even the Acadia that Buick gave be as a loaner has a far superior ride. I did a search on the internet and found that other Buick owners have the same complaints.I have never been so disappointed in a car, and feel like a fool for giving my money to GM instead of sticking with Toyota. I would never tell anyone to buy this car and I will never buy a GM product again."
