"This Vette looks great.Performs really well out the hole and passing ability is fantastic. Out of my 3 previously owned Vettes this one by for handles the best, so for with just 1700 miles fuel mileage at 19 MPG is not so bad !! Great car so for!!!"

"If it would have come with telescopic steering, full power seats, GPS, fully one touch windows, bluetooth, cargo net and better seat back padding...from Base Model up, would have been impossible to beat. Today I received a Recall Notice for defective Rear Hatch Hinges. I checked both and found them kind of a thin metal. It could be titanium, but for sure will get twisted during an impact if made out of standard steel. I wonder how pre 2011 C6 cars were not recalled. Maybe GM made the parts lighter and cheaper. Now I'm concerned the car could be scratched during the "one hour service correction" and may not take the car for the recall."

"We've now owned our 2011 Corvette GS torch red convertible for approx 3 months (3300 total miles), and we love it. The ride, handling, and performance are much better than the 2002 Vette convertible which we traded in. We just got back from a 1700 mile trip to Michigan driving both back roads and interstate with no problems at all. The ride is super on any kind of road surface. We checked the mileage on smooth level roads with cruise control on, and at 60 mph we got 30 mpg and at 75, we got 27 mpg. We averaged appox 25 mpg over the entire trip with the truck full of baggage. The negatives todate are that it was necessary to get all four wheels balanced and a full alignment at approx 900 miles. Also, do to what the dealer called poor surface preparation, the underside of the trunk lid was flaking paint and had to be resanded and painted. Lastly, the brake dust is horrible on the GS. It is much worse than on my old 2002 model. It's very disappointing that they didn't correct this problem from the initial 2010 model. They won't do it, but GM should do a recall on the standard brake pads. In summary though, we love the car!"

"Overall an incredible car for the money. Every time I step on the throttle I have to smile. If I can find a deficiency it's with the interior. It seems so plain and un remarkable. Also I do hear a few buzz's and rattles going over bumps or on a rough road. Despite this I would buy this car again. I really think it's the best sports car in the worls for the money. I paid around $42K for the base model and I'm seeing them now for $37K, Wow!"

"Just purchased a 2011 GS vette. This is the 3rd vette I have purchased. Love the look and the interior. Put a supercharger on it and this thing screams. Great value for the dollar.. A true American sports car that rivals any sports car around the world. Another postive - I do not need to grow a mullet to drive a Vette (Mustangs)"

"Had my Grand Sport for 2 months and 2,000 miles. Took a long time but I found a 1LT with a manual transmission - love the launch control! Replaces and blows away my 911RS. Never thought that would happen. Performance is great and handling is beyond belief. Will replace Goodyear tires with Michelins when they wear out - hear they are spectacular. Interior is on par with a 911 with standard seats. Porsche lets you upgrade to sport seats for a lot of $. Lots of room for golf clubs & errand runs in the back. And 26 mpg on the highway. (if you can slow down to 70). Only problem is the ease with which it can be driven fast. Need a new radar detector. Can't believe GM can build a car like this. I've had Camaros, Trans Ams, Silverados & Suburbans - but this is like another company built it. Still have to deal with the Chevy dealer though."
