"Chevy makes the best truck in the automotive industry. The fit and finish is superior to others. The reliablty of a Chevy Silverado exceeds other comparable models. With a Chevy Silverado you get more features for your money."

"This is my second chevy truck my first one was a 5.3. I have owned every other brand and this is by far my best truck. The 6.2 with a 3:73 gear is amazing as I can tow my boat with ease. The power is great and if driven easy the gas milage is similiar to my old 5.3. But hey I didn't by this truck for the gas mileage! The 6.2 is the way to go."

"The 2011 Chevrolet Silverado is a great truck. It has great fuel economy for a fullsized truck. It has a very comfortable ride. For the money you will not find a better truck."

"I have had my chevy since the beginning of december and it is great. I have a car which is my daily driver so my gas consumption on the truck is pretty low. However great fuel economy and a lot of power. I haven't had a chance to test the 4x4 out yet but Cali just got fresh snow so I am looking forward to fresh tracks this week."

"We have owned chevy trucks for over 25 years. This is our fourth crew cab and we love it. The improvements that have been made over the years demonstrates the attention that the company pays to its customers. The comfort and driveability of our 2011 silverado crew cab is exceptional. It tracks extremely well on snowy slippery roads and really makes us feel safe when hauling our twin boys to their athletic activities. It hauls the snow boards, motorcycles, lax gear and all with room to spare. All and all a great family vehicle and for sports of all seasons. Thanks for making a vehicle that is such a pleasure to own."

"Pros- Bluetooth connectivity, trailer package, size, 6 speed transmission. Neg- Road noise, driver seat edges too soft, rear seats are not adjustable and do not fold down. Overall this is a good truck. Lots of room and comfortable to drive."

"I expected to get better mileage with a small V-8 and 3.23 rear axle and 2WD Dealer says it will improve with miles but I'm not sure. It looks real nice on my driveway though so not all is lost.It may sit there when gas gets back to $4 a gallon.Too bad GM does not have technology to improve gas mileage on full size trucks"

"I just bought this truck after 6 months of research. The deals and incentives that are running through Jan 3 are sick. I took the incentives over the 72 month option but the truck is great. The 5.3 Vortec is a proven engine. Could be one of the best engine designs in a 100 years. It will go for 300k plus. Buy a Chevy!"

"I had my last GMC Z71 1998 (Extended Cab) for 12 years and it was the best truck I had owned with 185000 miles and it ran great. I finally purchased a new 2011 Chevy Z71 (Extended Cab) and it is also very nice. I basically got the same features as my last one except now they offer some features standard that where not available on my 98. They seem to have added the little things that I had to add on my own on the 98 such as Dual Exhaust, Locking Tail Gate, Electronic Theft Starter Kill, Electronic Remote Engine Start. Plus now they have the rear backup camera, XM radio, Onstar, and more. Both of them where/are 4x4 but the new one has cheaper made factory Skid Plates, Front Bumper Flare and other body parts but overall it is still built for the long haul. We use it for pulling our boat, hunting at the ranch and to carry our Lance slide in camper for when we go camping. The dealer threw in pipe side steps, a Tonneau bed cover and bed protector covers and I would suggest that you consider the Tonneau cover as it is really nice to have and easily to put on or remove. I would rate it a 5 star all the way as it has all of the comfort, smooth ride, dependability and quality you expect from GM."
