""A fun good looking car with great accelleration and good gas milage. Seats are very comfortable, I wish it had a little more leg room and a usable cup holder. Otherwise I love the car."

"I bought the SRT-6 used it's a fun car to drive . I have the roadster model the top is fast and neat ,there is still enough room in trunk for weeekend bagage for two with the top down . Gas mileage is pretty good if you can keep your foot from flooring it (hard to do because fun factor ) car is great value used because new sticker price was 52,500.00 .Got mine for under 10,000.00 So for car runs great !"

"Probably the best car I have ever owned, better than a mustang, vette or eclipse which I have also owned. Exceleration is incredible (str6) and will leave you with a HUGE grin. Very reliable the only thing that is not outstanding is the cupholder. Some one's idea of a retro joke? Not funny. Great Car!"

Crossfire SRT-6 a Collectable

"I also own a 2005 Crossfire convertible, Limited and was so impressed with it I wanted to own the supercharged version i.e. the SRT-6. Upside with the SRT-6 is of course the acceleration. With SRT-6 you are going from 215 HP to 330 HP. Downside, is a much stiffer ride when compared to the normally aspirated convertible. Upside only about 2,900 SRT-6's were produced during 2005-2006. Has an AMG engine hand built in Germany along with the rest of the vehicle. Downside, with coupe is the restricted view to the rear, but that is where most of your competition will be. Upside, in my opinion, is it's classical exterior lines. I have been the recipient of many compliments and questions regarding both vehicles. Will it become a collectable is anyone's guess."

"Cheap sports car is all I can say. Powerful when it runs ok. At highway spees, it feels like supercharger cuts out and when you push gas pedal, it barely accelerates. Happens about 1 in 3 times. interior materials feel a little cheap"

"I bought this 2005 Chrysler Crossfire in April with 40,000 miles and I couldn't be more pleased with the overall quality of this car. I have the six speed convertible, what a head turner!! I really think that Chrysler should bring it back, they stop production in '08. I'm the second owner of this car and the original paperwork was in the glovebox, at $38,000 plus, I couldn't afford new but I found several great deals across the midwest. This is a true sportcar with great power and handling. DRIVE THIS CAR!!!"

"I bought this Crossfire SRT6 in March, so I can't attest to reliability yet, but since it is built by Karmann, who also builds the M-B SLK, I would expect it to be pretty good. Although there are a few little quirks, overall, the car is very fast, with excellent handling. The best thing is the brakes, just phenomenal. Definitely an attention getter, probably because it is rare, only about 3,000 SRT6's built. Fairly well thought out interior, but I wasn't crazy about the silver dash panel, I purchased an aftermarket wood grain kit. I probably devalued the car a bit by doing this, but everyone likes it better, including me. Performance equal to or better than SLK of same era, and goes for 1/2 the price of used SLK, so I feel like this is a great deal. if you can find a clean used SRT6 with low mileage, go for it, you will not be disappointed."
