Dishonest Dealership

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Mazda 3 from Hiley Mazda in Hurst, asked several times if the car had ever been damaged, the answer was no, requested and received the ?Car Fax? report and it showed there was no damage to the vehicle. Recently had an appraisal done by CARMAX, the appraiser ran a Auto Check (report is for the VIN) report the showed damange occured in Calfornia. Most of the car has been re-painted, he showed where the trunk lid had been removed / re-painted and re-installed, he also showed me how he determined the car had been re-painted The person that answered the BBB complaint for Hiley Mazda said the Auto Check she ran in January 2014 showed no damage to the vehicle, when I responded with the Auto Check report I had from the appraisal, they started back tracking and offered to buy the car (wholesale of course), traded the car to another dealership

Huge mistakes being mad and even bigger Cover ups

Here is a tip, don't use Hiley Mazda of Hurst....unless you enjoy being talked down to even though you are a customer. They are quick to have a cover up story about how they are at fault until they realize you have just caught them in another lie,then they just come up with an even more ridiculous lie. Single women especially don't go in there by yourself or record everything being said. I can talk about the specifics since legal action is taking place do to their negligence.

Good Experience

Luke Thurman was very helpful in getting me a vehicle that I love. When the used car I had looked at online turned out not to be what I wanted, he got me in a new vehicle for almost the same base price. He was very easy to work with, not pushy like most car salesmen, and I actually enjoyed the experience, which I usually don't, so that is saying a lot! I still don't like the pushy people who come in after that to try to sell you extra warranty and extra this and that, but I guess that is unavoidable. I cannot remember the name of the new guy who helped us with the actual payment, but he was very nice, too, and did a great job of making us feel relaxed and good about the purchase.

I worked with both Richard Longworth and Mike Schumann at this dealership. I got a nice quote for one they had on the lot. And when I changed my mind, they did extra searching to find a Mazda 3 the way I wanted it and still gave me the same discout quoted for the one they had. They work at a great dealership.

Poor Service

They are not very knowledgeable about their (used)cars on the lot, where not willing to negiotiate at all... would not budge off of the sticker price and offered me an absurd amount of $ for my trade in. Dont waste your time its to many other lots to choose from. I had a very arrogant salesman, that clearly did not listen very well. Bad experience
