Good service but didn't fix problem

My Range Rover had had the same problem for 2 years since I got it. The service manager got involved and tried to finally fix the problem. The conclusion was that it wasn't fixable. There was a problem with computer codes and they tried with Land Rover USA helping them to figure it out. The conclusion was that they couldn't do it. I was very disappointed in the fact that I got a "lemion" however, it is not the fault of the dealer. I bought the car at Scottsdale Landrover.

Great Service, on time

Had the car towed due to electrical malfunction. Turned out that the battery had a bad cell. They assessed the problem and had it fixed a few hours after the tech got it into the shop. It was returned washed and vacuumed. The service manager kept me informed all thru the process.

Beyond expectations

I called as a first time customer as I live a few states away in AZ. I needed service done that day, couldn't be the next, before departing on a 13 hour trip up into Canada. Wil and the entire staff took me in and treated me as if I was a regular VIP. And it could've saved our trip as something in fact did need some fixing beyond the standard oil change. I couldn't have been more pleased with the reception and work done by this business.

Great service department!

I went in for an oil change and discovered that my rear brakes needed replacing. Since I had planned a road trip that weekend I thought they should be worked on before I left. It was Friday of a holiday weekend and Robin, my service rep., made a loaner car available for the afternoon so that I could get my errands done while they worked on my car. The customer service experience was exceptional!
