Amazing Service

The service at Ray Brandt Toyota in Metairie has been amazing. I began doing business with Toyota in Metairie in 2011. At the time I was 28 and had been through more cars than I can count just out of boredom. So in 2011, I leased a 2011 Camry. I was shocked to know that for 2 years I wouldn't have to pay for oil changes and routine services on my car. My visits for service were nothing less of satisfactory. In 2013, I received a call from the dealership asking if I would be willing to trade in my car since I had less than 12,000 miles in almost 2 years. So I accepted and leased another Camry. Again service was great. Now to the really good part...recently I decided to trade my car in this time to purchase a 2016 pearl white Camry. My salesman was Jason Pastor. He spent the entire day making sure I found the right car. I kept apologizing to him for taking up his time since I couldn't decide on the car. I was torn between leasing and buying. Jason must have shown me 10 cars before I made my decision. At no point did he seem annoyed. He took his time and never pushed me into something I wasn't comfortable in. When I finally decided on the Pearl white Camry with black interior it was not in stock at the dealership but was available in MS. The next day my car was transported to the dealership in Metairie. I also told Jason I wanted the windows tinted, so once the car arrived Jason personally brought my car to the shop for tint. Days later I called Jason about LED's for my headlights. He made a call, had them ordered and a few days later I brought my car to Jason who then brought my car to have them installed while I waited at the dealership for only 30 minutes. Followed with a car wash. I really felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. Jason was amazing and I would recommend him and the entire staff at Ray Brandt to someone looking to purchase/lease.

Bad service

Fist time buying a car.the service is bad everyone inside talking and me waiting outside no one came to me I feel sorry for them.they are the ones that loose.

very poor service

went in for 6 month oil change first person there and five people who came after me had their oil changed ahead of me i waited almost 2 hours for a simple oil change after i was first person their at 7:02 am left almost 9 am also veterans day was wearing my veteran vietnam hat and that made it worse to throw me aside give consideration to people who arrived after me will be glad when ford raptor is here bye bye toyota for good have had many bad experiences Ray Brandt toyota this is my last time to deal with them

From bad to worse service department

At first the service department was OK but lately, the service has gone from OK, to bad and now to terrible. I, now has to find somewhere else to service my Tacoma

Unpleasant experience

I went in for a test drive of the Highlander last Thursday and met with Mike Meeks. He called me and invited me to come back on Saturday when he said he would have plenty of time to discuss more with me. I arrived there within an hour as I had to get a jump start for my vehicle because the first time I went in on Thursday the mechanics left the lights on and I didn't attempt to drive it again till that Saturday since I went out of town as soon as I returned home. When I arrived, Mike was with someone he said his mother just sent in, however, I saw that couple there Thursday. He then handed me off to someone else who went to get a vehicle and never returned. After approximately 20 minutes, I decided to leave and left my name and number with the receptionist. After having to get my car jumped started b/c of the previous time there and not to have Mike available to work with me when he assured me he would have plenty of time, I feel insulted.

I have recently moved to the area and have begun to use Ray Brandt Toyota. All of the personel has been courteous and professional. Much of my good experience has been due to Doug M. in the service department who made me feel my vehicle was being left in competent hands for the necessary repairs. When I am ready to purchase a new vehicle, I will use Ray Brandt as I feel the most important part of a purchase is the follow-up service one receives.

Excellent Customer Service

My new Rav 4

It was my first visit because my husband had done all preliminary work, I was impressed with the staff, all very friendly and willing to assist , and answer all questions, we saw at least 4 different staff members that night and the process took over 3 hours, our salesman Mr Jason Smith drove my new car Home and Mr Fred Mena / sales manager was also very helpful, my over all experience was great.
