Sevice is the best!!

Jim in the service department has always given us the best service, and this time is no different. He and his service crew went above and beyond servicing our car, gave us a great deal on 4 new Michelin tires, and even went the extra mile to deliver the car to me at work, after having the car longer than expected. I can't say enough about the team at Warwick, and even though we live in Seekonk Ma, the short drive to Warwick for the customer service and team excellence is well worth it. Thank you Jim, you guys are the best!!

Awesome Service Dept

Poor Service

I'd say there is lots of room for improvement at this dealership. From unanswered emails, system records not found and missing paperwork resulting in several return visits. All combinations of very poor service all around. Needless to say WE WILL NOT be returning come time for service or a trade-in.

Great Customer Service

Went in to service my MDX and was greeted by Kevin, he was very nice from the second I pulled in and was very helpful. He made it very easy and painless. I would recommend there service department to anyone who drives a acura or honda. Oh and Kevin went out of his way to help me pair my phone to my Bluetooth and show me how it works. I had been shopping around for a used Acura TSX for several months until I finally found one at Acura of Warwick. Michael Patullo, a veteran salesman at this dealership took great care of us. He answered all of our questions and there was never any pressure to buy. Within hours we drove the car off the lot!!
