Great service

I work out of town most of the time and do not have a set schedule. I usually recieve a short notice as to what days I have off and that translates into a scheduling nightmare. It feels like the service advisors understand my situation and work with me to get my car in for service. They have waited for me after normal business hours and have also arranged after hours vehicle pick-up to match my schedule. I have had to cancel and/or reschedule several appointments because of my schedule and the advisors are always willing to work with me.

was treated unfairley, and customer service there was none, your staff just did not care, sales staff and your 2 finance guys, my wife and i just felt degraded by them, i finaly asked for my deposit back, and at even that point they did not care, and never tried to appoligize, just said sign here, you built a new dealership and its all about making money, they didnt even discount the truck i wanted, but they sure discounted the corvette they were selling, i am so discussed with your dealership i cant see straight, i have bought cars and trucks for my buisness all over the country, and have never been treaded, as badley as don franklin gmc somerset ky,

Dear Don Franklin Customer, We're sorry to read of your dissatisfaction with our finance process. We strive for satisfied customers 100% of the time. In order to protect our investment in inventory, we are unable to sell a vehicle without adequate customer documentation. We requested the required documents on two different occasions and offered to wait while the customer made arrangements to have the needed documents faxed to us. The customer declined our offer so a full refund of the deposit was made. We sincerely regret that we were unable to fulfill your expectations.
