Express Lube not too express.

The sole purpose of my visit was for an oil & filter change. The sign over the door said "Express Lube." After arriving at 7:45 AM and checking in, I waited until 9 AM or after before I checked out. The dealership needs to work on their speed a tad.

Great Service!

I have been bringing my 2004 Honda Accord to Crown for service since 2004. I most often have Brad Anderson as my Service Adviser and he is very much an asset for Crown Honda. He is friendly, courteous and has great expertise. Also, I have used the Shuttle to get to work and many times have had Frank Anderson as my driver. He does a fantastic job! Crown should be proud of both Brad and Frank Anderson!

2011 Dodge Charger

I was at your dealership on Saturday March 14,2015. I was there to get a key replacement for my Dodge van and was notified of a recall on my 2011 Dodge Charger. I made an appointment with Kevin Wood the following Tuesday. When I returned home I got a message on my dash stating that my battery was going to saver mode. I knew that it could be related to my alternator recall. I returned to the dealership and spoke to Kevin and he assured me that they could fix the problem. I was on my way about 3 hours later. I was very thankful that he could service me so quickly. I travel about 45,000 miles a year and my car is very important to me. I would recommend this service department to anyone. Thanks.

Dale in service is awesome

We come in for an oil change service only once we pulled in the big doors and Dale greeted us very respectfully and kind and even let us know that there was a little wait time but he would take care of us and get us in asap so we waited. He come and talked to us about halfway into the oil change letting us know about reccomended services for our car and the importance of each service especially with the weather turning colder. I have been in customer service myself and Dale used much more than textbook service, I felt as if he actually cared about his customer and was looking out for the best interest of our vehicle. I am coming back to deal with him and definately refer some of my other family members to deal with Dale.

Sales Great, Service / aftercare horrible.

Purchased a new Dodge 2500 Cummins from Crown Dodge. The sales process was relatively painless, if slow, and I left feeling I got a fair deal. Fast forward 2 months, and my truck is making a noise. This noise turned out to be the aftermarket side steps I had installed elsewhere. I was charged $105 diagnostic fee, and the mechanic found the source of the noise (the side steps) and proposed some solutions. The mechanic was excellent, and went out of his way to make sure that I understood what was happening and what they did. Everything is fine until this point... Then they attempt to return my truck with the support braces for the side steps removed, effectively rendering my side steps inoperable. When I asked the service manager to at least return my truck to operable status, considering that I had paid them, he huffed off, and brought it into the back, to have a mechanic reattach the brackets. I walked back inside, and WATCHED him drag one of the(what appeared to me to be) exhaust outlets down the side of my truck, rendering some nice new scratches on my 2 month old truck. When I asked him about it, there was no apology, nothing. This happened about 3 weeks ago, and I've still not heard anything else about this incident. At this point I have requested that they have someone from their detailing department attempt to buff the scratches out, but have yet to receive any feedback from that request. I have heard from 2 different customer service reps, and no response or movement from the GM on this issue. He / She is either busy, has dismissed my concerns, or straight out doesn't care since I've already purchased the truck. Customer service isn't 1 star, their ACTION on customer service, however, is. When you damage a customer's vehicle, and don't even have the decency to APOLOGIZE, that's pretty sorry. When you won't contact someone who isn't trying to cause problems or lawyer up, but is simply asking that you attempt to resolve the issue internally with resources readily available (and cheap too) that's just unacceptable and should be called out. TLDR: Sales == Moderate to Good Customer service == excellent as long as no action / fix is required. Words are cheap and they'll give you plenty of them. to be fair, their CSR's are awesome. Very nice. The GM and SM are unresponsive to problems / concerns. Vehicle Service == SLOW. Take molasses on a winter day, drop some liquid nitrogen in the tank and toss that into Dante's lake of ice, and that's about the speed the service dept moves. Quality of repairs == ok. Trust but verify there are some VERY skilled mechanics in the back. Will you get one? Facilities == nice.
