I live in Torrance but I hang out in Pasadena and San Gabriel area. I came to Honda of Pasadena, I pretended I was not buying a car. Eric Hoong was the 2nd sales guy in the lot who came across me and I told him I am not buying a car. He nicely responded, no problem 'sir' if you want me to answer you any questions about price or features, please feel free to ask. "I will not sell you a car 'sir', my job is to ease your question deciding about buying a car." He talked to me for about 15 minutes and I drove away with a new car in less than 2 hours.
