Had engine lite on,also oil lamp on ,transmission seemed sluggish,2005 Honda Accord ex 247,000 miles,7years 9months old.Dealer serviced for all needs.My former service advisor Glenn ,in the Antelope Valley retired,those that were left were not very good at customer service at Lancaster Honda , after 2 attempts to get serviced,I gave up.This my 1st visit ,to Honda of Pasadena,so they got a chance ,for a Major Service.100% BEST Experience Ever--See Ed Perez
