Great experience!

I purchased a 2015 Escape SE. It is really quiet and takes road imperfections with little or no roughness. My salesperson, Sharon Westwood, was great (as always). I came back to Garnet Ford because she sold me my previous vehicle, a 2010 Escape XLT, which I loved. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly and courteous. Thanks. I recommend naming a new Ford auto design a "Ford Experience".

I appreciate the service I got from Bryan (I think that was his name - first guy in the quick service lane). He was helpful and kept my updated on my service. I was able to wait and have the tired changed in the morning. I was grateful that they were able to squeeze me in.

Great service

Some quick rear brake service was needed on my 2013 Ford Escape. Spoke to the service manager on the phone & discussed my problem I was provided an immediate (next morning service). Everyone in the service department took great care of me immediately. The service manager also checked the car personally and advised me what must be corrected. As always, I fully appreciated the "quick" help provided to me.
