These guys are consultants and advisors!

by from Atlanta |

AJ and Shannon are the reason why I purchased my car at Sandy Springs Toyota. Not only are they VERY personable and have pleasant personalities, but their approach is CONSULTING rather than SALE. They both listened well and advised me and at no point did I feel pressured. I had to come back several times and asked plenty of questions, and I have to say they both were there for me. Highly recommend this place! Now I'm happy with the follow-up, too. For example, AJ stays in-touch and checks periodically upon how well I got used to my new car. Very helpful and very unique! I would never imagine buying a car from another dealership! Thank you, AJ and Shannon!

Worst Expereince Ever

by from Smyrna, GA |

By far the worst customer experience I ever had... I went to see an used car, liked it, sealed the deal and signed all the papers.. The only thing I did not do was not taking the car as I had to drive my own car that day.. They said that the car would be put under sold in the website and moved to garage right away.. I had applied for finance the same day and got the cheque from the bankers two days later.. In those two days I was in constant touch with them as I wanted a rear view camera in my car... After two days I went with the cheque and I got the shock of my life.. They told that the car has been sold to a woman the previous day by some other sales person... They told there was a communication problem and they could not help it out... They even did not offer me other cars... The sales person there are very rude and even after they did the mistake they were like 'It happens'.. Worst worst experience I ever had..

Excellent experience

by from Local |

Excellent experience over the years with service dept; John in service suggested Gene Odom for new purchase... He took care of us just as John said he would. Good people, no stress, no hassle and summed up as accountable.

Highly Satisified!!!

by from Sandy Springs, GA |

Me and my family were here a few days ago looking for a new car and we found the perfect fit in no time! Andrea Pereyra worked with us the whole entire time and was extremely patient, caring and did everything in her power to find my family the perfect car. I am extremely satisfied with her and Toyota Sandy Springs. It was so nice working with a woman who seemed to have experience and I could relate to personally, I have never had such a good experience at a car dealership before! The prices were wonderful and every one there was a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend Andrea Pereyra at Toyota Sandy Springs Dealership and I will be telling all my friends and family about her!

Deplorable customer service! Lost 2 customers

by from atlanta, ga |

I was referred to this dealer by a friend who raved about what a great dealership it was. I looked around the lot before walking into the office. I was impressed that they didn't come out being pushy. I walked in and immediately was greeted by a salesman. I told him I was interested in either a prius or Camry hybrid. He walked me to he prius c in the showroom. I told him I wasn't interested in a C. He then said he had to get keys to take me to the new cars. 15 minutes later I'm still sitting waiting. I walked around a corner and found him working with someone else. I'm annoyed but ok. He finally after 20 mins comes back. We drive up the parking deck to the cars. We are looking around and finally i say I'd like to test drive one of each. He doesn't have keys for either model. He has to write down stock numbers. We drive back down to the showroom he says give him a minute to get the cars. I wait again. I was in the dealership 45 minutes. He then asks for my license to make a copy. Ok. He walks back to an office and I watch him 15-20 minutes have a conversation with a co-worker (maybe manager). He comes back. I sarcastically say "how many copies did you make?". He says oh sorry only 3. Then he asks for my phone number. At this point I've been at he dealer an hour and haven't gotten to test drive a single car....not even given a chance to SIT in ANY vehicle. He finally gives me the keys and says go test drive it. Now he just copied my drivers license....I'm not from sandy springs and quite honestly don't know Roswell road too well. But he just hands me the keys and away he goes. I test drive the car....not able to get a single question answered. I come back. The salesman is NOWHERE to be found. I finally handed the key to the receptionist. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY CAR DEALER EVER!! If they didn't want to sell a car...they shouldn't have wasted over an hour of my time. Because I went to this dealer to BUY. I wouldn't suggest anyone go there ever.

Great Service

by from Atlanta , GA |

I went there to repair my corrola Breaks. My car breaks were giving some whistling noise. After initial inspection Mr. Denial (service Manager) told me break pad need to change. and it will cost around $300. I asked after break pad change will noise go away . he said yes sir 100%. I said ok go ahead and change. I waited there around 1 hr. They changed break pad and charge $287. after 2 days I was again getting same noise . I went there again and meet to Mr. Andy Phillips. He inspect and told me there is some problem with back break drums. and back drums need to replace, it will cost me around $600. But I will replace for you free of cost because you already got charge to repair breaks. So now we are not going to charge you. I got a very very good service and response from them. Breaks is really working awesome and now I am more than happy. Thanks to Mr. Andy Phillips, and Mr Denial. I would recommend every body to go Sandy Spring Toyota for Servicing. Excellent Sales Person

by from Woolrich, Pa |

I had a great experience with Hurley Forrest, the sales person at Sandy Springs. He is extremely honest and a great person to work with. The expensive sports car I bought was every bit as perfect as he promised it was. I couldn't get to Atlanta to see it from central Pa., so I had to rely on him. Four cars from other agencies were sold out from under me. Feel free to contact me for further info. Jim Tobias, Woolrich, Pa

Thank you Shay Wilson!

by from Atlanta, Georgia |

My wife had purchased a car from them the previous year, they made her feel very comfortable, thats what brought us back. Shay Wilson was very informative and helpful in our search for a car. Thou I do not have stellar credit she was able to get me financed for a 2013 Toyota Corolla within my budget, which I drove off the Lot less than 3 hours later. Outstanding!! I will tell everyone about the great customer service and the effort Shay put forward for me.

Buyers beware

by from Moore, SC |

I would not recommend doing business with Sandy Springs Toyota. I live over 2 hours away and agreed to purchase a truck on the phone. They collected my debt card # for a deposit on the truck. The salesman contacted me first thing the next morning & supplied a purchase order with all required information for the credit union. He also talked to my credit union multiple times. I arranged to pick the vehicle up that same day. The credit union processed my loan (I started paying interest on the loan then), I acquired insurance on the vehicle which I also started paying on. The salesman contacted me & stated the GM had drove the vehicle home and was off the next day. I continued trying to get in touch with the sales manager (Moses) that had sold me the truck for 3 days. After numerous calls, I finally got to speak to someone after 3 days of paying on a loan and insurance on a truck that I did not have only to find out THEY HAD SOLD THE TRUCK OUT FROM UNDER ME!!!!!!!! Needless To say I was not happy. I was out money for a truck they had promised me numerous times was mine and would not be sold from under me. They were not willing to rectify the situation with a vehicle near the same criteria or better without trying to up sell me into a higher priced vehicle. I would not take a vehicle there to get the windshield cleaned after the customer service I experienced. I have been in the business world for many years & lying to a customer and deceiving them is definitely not good business. Please take extreme caution before doing business with Sandy Springs Toyota! If I could have given negative stars, I would have.
