awesome and fast technicans

well it first started out as a mail reminder of the mileage issue with the truck to be looked at. So i decided to bring it in on my day off.The service dept asked if i have an appointment set up and said no because the document received in the mail said No appointment required. But this day must have been different. The service department was fast and was out of there in a hour.

service on 2006 escape

2006 escape=originally had to replace calipers and brake pads-within a week had to bring back for thumping sound-Stephanie was great,(as usual) got me in immediately and techs diagnosed and fixed in under an hour-something to do with paper on p ads--seems to be working fine now-
