Wasted my time

Ugh. 3 hours sitting in the showroom to have them ultimately ignore my first explanation of my price range. All the while, I had to endure some sort of blaring transistor radio at top volume. Presumably someone at the dealership thinks this is helpful? Further, I wasn't offered a cup of water, coffee, restroom directions nada. I was simply told the "finance manager" would go over the final numbers. When they were $3k more than I said I was willing to do everyone was surprised and quickly tried to come down $1500. Waste of time. I walked out and drove my old car home. Painful experience. I'd avoid this dealer if you have an option to do so.

We stop in Nissan World on 5/31/14 and left very happy with our purchase. It went smooth and easy! Everyone we meet was nice and helpful. We have the car for only a week and I'm very happy with it!

easiest and fastest shopping experience I ever had

Wael did a great job getting me the best deal . In a short time wael got every thing together and introduced me to the business director who explained every thing about the finance process to me. After I'm done and signed my contract. Wael was waiting for me to congratulate me and he did a very professional delivery for my new car explaining and training me on how to use all the features in my new vehicle. Worse place ever i looked them up on line they advertised a price i called 3 times to speak to 3 different people.to make.sure this is the price i was assured yes it is but then when it came down to it it was not i spoke to the general mang try to explain to him what i was told he didnt want to honor the price nasty liers horrible service will never buy car from them and i drove a long way to get there cause i was lied to about a price

wouldnt use them agian

After leasing a 2011 Nissan from here, i also had service performed here. EACH TIME there was a problem - all minor- but each and every time makes me wonder why i continued to go thereas long as I did. One time, they wouldnt accept a coupon FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE! First excuse 'we don't accept coupons', second excuse 'you need to tell me before i write it up.' After insisting, he finally called a manager to write my service order. On a separate visit they replaced wiper blades that my husband had just replaced. They removed them without ever checking them! After reading the invoice, i told them they didn't need replacing! They could have apologized and put back the wiper blades I had, but didn't. And they still charged me for them! On each visit they wash the car which is nice,BUT THEY NEVER DRY THE CAR, so there are always water spots. In the survey I received after each service visit I mentioned how completing the wash with drying would be nice and appreciated. Their attention to detail that severely lacking. Other troublesome service dept issues, at 15,000 I was told I needed more than an oil change. Since I have leased cars before I never had anything done except for oil changes. I Never had 15,000 service on my Honda, Toyota or Volkswagen I leased, Not true with the NIssan. After all these issues i decided to go to Route 22 NIssan in HIllside for service and was very pleased thereafter.

$7,000 used car that didn't pass state inspection

I bought a used car from Joe Smith who represented all their cars go through their shop before be sold. After picking up the car and leaving their dealership I was pulled over for a brake light not working which they eventually repaired. After I received my license plates some weeks later the car failed state inspection and they refused to address the matter.

Dishonest sales staff

Heads up! Check your final numbers before you sign your contract. When I negotiated on the price of Xterra, we started from MSRP whch includes the freight cost. Then, I found out that they included the freight cost on the contract. They sales person told me that it is a normal practice to include the freight cost from the quote, but we started from the MSRP. Also, I referred a friend who purchased a car, and the sales person said they will send me a check for $200 for referral which it never came. Lies. I would never go back there again. Stay away from this dealership.

WHY I KEEP COMING BACK

I am a Nissan buyer for over 20 years and have purchased through Nissan World of Springfield since 1994. We have never been dissatisfied and more often than not our expectations have been exceeded. The sales staff is friendly and helpful. The service staff knowledgeable and more than accommodating.
