I have been a service customer at David McDavid Honda for over 10 years. Started with service for my 2004 CRV and Mom's 98 Accord. Now we have a 2013 Civic and a 2009 Camry purchased at David McDavid. Consistent quality service at reasonable prices is what I have experienced over the years. Service adviser Jason Douglas quickly got my service started and fully explained everything at check out. Amenities include really good coffee. I don't love getting vehicles serviced but these guys get it right. It just makes it easy.

I went in to have my service B done & my oil changed. I have never gad a bad experience when I have been there. The guy that helped me was new but unless he had told me I would have never known. They have ALWAYS been friendly & accommodating when ever I have been there for service & when buying my car there.

I brought my 2013 Honda Accord in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was quickly greeted when I pulled into the service area. Bobby Huggins was my service advisor. He listened to what I wanted done and nicely recommended the additional service the car was indicating needed to be done. When I told him I could not have the additional services done at this time, he did not try to pressure me any further. That alone is worth a lot to me. When paying for the oil change and tire rotation, Bobby was kind enough to give me the discount being offered online that I was not even aware of. Bobby was very kind and professional. I will definitely be contacting him for all of my future service needs for my Honda Accord.
