Good used vehicle found locally

The salesperson Mike Rogers was extremely patient and was not pushy in any way. My son & I have been looking for a dependable low mileage vehicle for the past 30-45 days or so, we found this vehicle to be well maintained and cared for by the original owner. The CarFax report substantiated what we examined the vehicle to be in an above average to excellent condition. I felt that the whole purchasing experience was professional, I felt that at all times by all those involved in this specific transaction that I was treated with respect, and all whom I dealt with were appreciative of my patronage to this dealership. I even had an "after the sale" question & request which was promptly handled by the sales person Mike Rogers in a professional manner. Overall I was quite satisfied with the complete purchasing experience at this dealership.

Helpful, Friendly & Honest - Keeps me Coming Back

I brought my car in for upkeep/maintenance. The service desk told me what was necessary & not necessary for this scheduled maintenance. What I love about my guys here at Bill Kay is that they are helpful & honest. I don't walk out after an oil change only to discover a long list of items that they "say" I need fixed. I completely trust the guys in service. Honesty will keep me loyal to Bill Kay. Thank you gentlemen for being so honorable!! AND I got a complimentary car wash even though it was a rainy day! You guys ROCK!
