Chad to the rescue!!!!

I was broken down in downtown Tampa(flooded) so i called my service advisor Chad, he was so helpful and very understanding of my situation , He sent a tow truck to help me and a shuttle van to pick up my son from school ( that i was on my way to get when the problem occured),. This type of service is rare and should be noticed.He went above and beyond and this is why i use Courtesy Toyota and Chad for all my service needs.

use of transportation support

I was left waiting in line for it seemed to me too long for a service rep to come to my car. The man(Gary I think-shuttle service) who drove me to the office where I waited for repair was very friendly and courteous. He carried my bags both times and was so thoughtful. Thank you When I got back from the office, he could not find my rep who was taking care of my service. Gary paged him but I sat and sat. Finally Gary went through the files, gave me my papers and took me to the counter to pay my bill. He said, "I will get your car." Again I think he did an excellent job of providing me service. and should get a raise! I told Gary he "was my auto angel" I recommend you "clone him" Made my day by his kindness as I am recovering from surgery. :-)

Great customer service & quick process!

I went in to Toyota for a recall for my airbag. They quickly greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. I dropped my vehicle off and it was done quickly. They called and left a message saying it was ready. Very pleased with my experience.

Superb sercice, attention to needs excelent.

Have been dealing with Courtesy Toyota since 1991. Thus far I have been able to buy 6 Toyota ( new car) in the past 20 or more years, 2 Corollas, 2 camry, l tacoma 1 Tercel and now the RAVA 4 2015. Therefore when I need to change my car I know exactly where to go and get a price that I can afford. Ea on of children do have a Toyota, additional i bought a Toyota which I send to my house in PR, was cheaper than buy it in PR to include the shipping charges. So when we visit PR, have a car and a house in there for our use only. Thank U Courtesy Toyota. (I do not know how many cars I need to buy there in order to get one fairly in most cheaper price-----just a joke) have a great day. Armando

VERY IMPRESSIVE

I have taken my car to this location for the standard oil changes, etc. for two years now. They were always a decent facility; however, this last visit was excellent. I am not sure if it is the conversion to Toyota (for Scion products) but I was extremely impressed. The customer service was fantastic. The notifications and updates before my appoint, during and after were fantastic as well. I actually look forward to doing business with them in the future.

My service writer and chief technician went above and beyond to service and diagnose my 2016 Tacoma. They suggested the vehicle stay overnight and placed me into a free loaner car. Excellent work guys.

Quick, in and out for service.

I was getting my car serviced for the 6 month check up. Staff was focused on getting me in and out. The wait was an hour in a half at the most. That's even after I was late a half hour.
