Love MY SALESMAN!

I recently just purchased my new car.. I could NOT be any happier! My salesman, Jake Walker. From the very first interaction I had with Jake, he was patient, transparent and understanding of our needs - all of which are extremely important qualities when you're making a large purchase. Jake worked with us to make sure we were getting the exact car we wanted - this involved staying at the dealership well past closing time to ensure his customers were happy. By the time we got done, the car was detailed, they moved all of our stuff in, and Jake made sure I got a proper "orientation" before we drove off. Not the kind like you get when you are returning for summer school. A real orientation like the ones they give you at Harvard. GO SEE JAKE.

My salesman was Brian and he was wonderful. He did the whole package so we didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting. Have been to several other dealerships and he is the first one that made me feel comfortable.

When we were escorted to Ron's kiosk by the gentleman who greeted us, Ron made a remark to him and he answered "I know, I know, but...." This gave me the impression that Ron was not thrilled about having another customer to register. This may not have been the case, it may have been a comment about something else, but it did give me the impression that he was not happy about us being there at that moment. Nick was also busy with customers at the same time. We are repeat customers, we have always been treated 'excellent' when we come for service, and so this is the reason I did not score and "excellent" this time. Remind the guys that the things they say are perceived by the customers differently than they are intended. I am a nurse, always around pts. and families, and this is one of the most important things I remember....without the customers we are not needed, and what we say, even to others, is often perceived differently than our intention. Great Team Effort and Free Corn!

Had an issue with the air bag sensing system. Not only did the whole team (Mark Montante, Mark Len, Kevin Dodson, Jody Lee Smith and Kaylin Allen) do an outstanding job they had free popcorn! Whooo hoo!

excellent service on a recalled vehicle

I took my 2011 Malibu in based on a recall notice that I received. I was greeted cordially, and the service person explained that I would not be charged, and that the job would take about an hour. He escorted me to the waiting area. After waiting about 65 minutes he came and informed me that the work was completed and the car was waiting for me in the lot next to the showroom.

I"ve never have any problems with service the times i've had to bring car in-Mike took care of my problems very well-very courteous and kind I appreciate that-other dealers don't respond well to women I'm glad to say Taylor Chevrolet is not like that
