I was not planning on actually purchasing a vehicle that very day, but after hearing the options from Danny Gillian, I realized he had my best interest in mind. Everything was explained in great detail in a timely manner with great efficiency. Scott, the Finance Manager, helped me through the paperwork and, again, everything was explained thoroughly. This is my third vehicle purchased from Butler. I still have the Rav I purchased in 2000. It has 212,000 miles and still runs.

I had a very great experience with David ,He got me in promptly and was done in 50 minutes. I was very impressed .The only complaint I have is that when the person who changed my oil and serviced it got grease in my car. They know they put their feet on the molding so they should take the time to check it and clean it up.This has happened several times in the past . I saw a service tech walking by and he took a Kleenex and tried to get it up but it needed cleaner on it. I think they should wear foot covers on their shoes and make a point to not put their foot or feet on the bottom door panel. I did not make David aware of it and I know he would have taken care of it for me.
