Everything turned out fine

The website is a bit lacking in updates and led us to believe that the car we wanted was on the lot. We ended up finding another that we were pleased with. After our purchase, our van was still on the web site for at least two weeks as available. The sales staff was magnificent, and the purchasing experience was wonderful. Our only qualm is that we were not informed that an item on our invoice was an option that we ended up paying for, when, given the chance, we would have declined. Still a good dealership and purchasing experience. Nobody is perfect.

Stay Away!!!

I bought a used SUV from this place. Within a month I had problems. They refused to recongize the problems till the warranty went out then wanted to charge me full price. Not all the sales staff is bad but the one I dealt with was horrible. He was very disrespectful and had no manners. I am now in the market once again looking to buy a car and will not give this place a second thought.

Awsome!!!

Don't normally do the blogging thing, but I had to say something about Andy Mohr in Fishers on 131st, bought to cars in 2 months from them, the only way it could have been easier is if I walked on the lot jump in a car and drove away. Brad my salesman and Mike the finance guy were awsome!!! Price, test drive, finance, gone. it Really Really, Really was that simple!Follow up service is great, they work to fix what minor issues I had and they were minor. carfax gives me confidance the cars are in great condition !!if you are looking for a car new or used at a good price check them out. you are already here on the website, now go in!!!

Process too long

I went in with a pre-approved loan and knew the car that I wanted to look at. I test drove it, liked it, and said I'll take it. The finance guy refused the loan I already had approved because they were unwilling to meet the loan-to-value required. After waiting for three hours, they finally came back and found a loan with similar terms. I am happy with my car, and the fact that they were willing to fix a flaw that I found a few days after driving away with my purchase. However, because the vehicle is a Certified warranty instead of the original factory warranty the damaged piece was repaired instead of replaced. Not that big of a deal, but they shouldn't have told me that they would have just ordered a new part if it were factory warranty instead of Certified warranty. Overall, I'm disappointed I didn't stick to my original plan of not allowing them to run my credit (three hits from creditors because of it, which lowered my score), but satisfied with the customer service provided.

Very nice and clean dealership

I work for a company that specializes in keeping a clean enviroment. I notice things that most people do not about a business and the way they keep their property. This dealership takes great pride in their curb appeal and it shows. Its the small things I look for that will either turn me off to the business or turn me on to buying something. In this case a used car. I got the impression from the sales staff that I was just another "kid" without money and they treated me this way. Its expected because I am only 23 years old, but when I told the sales associate I had $5000.00 cash on me his tone changed and suddenly I was a worthy adult with money. Like I said this is expected because I know I am a kid in some peoples eyes.

Buying 08 Buick Lucerne

Looking for a low mileage, one owner car. Dealer had exactly what I was looking for. Got a good deal on price and trade in. The salesman (and manager) bargained in good faith and was flexible in negotiating. Within a week it was serviced under the terms of the agreement -- no questions asked -- no cost to me!!
