From the moment we walked in the door, everyone made us feel so welcome. We had our children with us and were not planning on buying anything that day, but everyone was so good with our girls and helped keep them entertained. It was a much better experience than any dealership I have ever gone through.

Will definitely be back for future vehicles!

We found the exact vehicle we had been searching for online at Jim Keim We drove 2 hours from Indiana to see the vehicle and meet our sales person, Mike Phillips. I had chatted with Mike on the site chat feature to ask about the vehicle beforehand and to schedule a test drive. When we got there, we found the sales people in general as well as Mike very helpful, friendly, and most importantly - not pushy at all. We rarely buy vehicles at 'big' dealerships and drive them for years and years, so the 'not pushy' thing was big for us. Mike answered any questions we had with professionalism and courtesy. We felt that they gave us a fair price for our trade-in, so we were able to complete the deal that afternoon. We arrived around 11am in our old car and left around 1pm in our amazing pre-owned Edge. Every time we drive the Edge we all remark about how much we love it. Bottom line is we will be back! I have a 14 year old son and will be back to Jim Keim when It comes time to get him a car. Our experience was *very* positive! Can not say enough about the entire team and our purchase!

The service its self when very well and quick. It was the fact that we had a difficult time just getting it in for service. This being my wife's car and her working at children's hospital and her schedule changing on a regular basis, trying to predict if she could get there 1 1/2-2 weeks from ? presented a problem. And then the computer system was down which also happened the last time I had my truck serviced. PS While we were there we purchased a new truck thru Randy and Bob, two very good sales persons.
