I had a great experience at Leith Honda with Michael Chauvette. Leith is a huge dealership and I was concerned that they would play "big kid on the block" and have many of the same issues of other huge dealerships (e.g. Hendrick). Leith respected me and my time and I am very happy with the process and purchase. Mike was a great listener and advocate for my needs. Highly recommend Mike and the Leith team.

I really like the quick service. You guys do a really good job. Cashier needs to be more polite. She must have been a new worker because I never seen her before. I have been there before many times and the cashiers were great!

The recall issues were fixed, oil changed. There was some confusion at pickup; car not ready though I was called to pick it up, it was then retrieved and left running at entrance without a service tech to review the work done, so I left.

Great service, facilities, and staff

Duane was very helpful and kept me informed of the status of my car repair. They had to ship a new transmission from California for my 2015 Accord. All employees I encountered (4) were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, which is unexpected when you need to bring a car in for a problem. Also, the free popcorn and water are great. Thanks!
