This dealer is the best in the area. I ordered a new truck and was able to get exactly what I wanted. The pricing was fair and easy to live with. The salesman Jason kept me informed of the build process up to the delivery. The paper work and financing was done effortlessly. The final signing was carried out by the general manager so you knew you were getting the best person the dealership had to offer. I don't know why anyone would buy a car anywhere else

I received a recall for my 2004 F 150 for gas tank straps. I went to dealership to schedule repair. The straps fort vehicle were back ordered so I added my name to a call back list. I received a call about a week later that the straps were in and I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. When I got to the dealership and pulled into the service bay the man there looked up my vehicle and said the straps weren't in. I asked if they weren't in why I received a call saying they were and scheduling the appointment? The mans response was what can I say? I asked of there was a delivery date and his response was "when ford sends them". That was completely inappropriate and unprofessional .
