Oil Change and Serpentine belt replacement

Jim is always helpful and attentive to my needs. Im always treated like a loyal customer and not like other dealers where after they sell you a car their job is done. Victory Honda is first rate and they are as dedicated after you buy a car as when they are selling you one. MY Accord has 220,000 miles and still like new thanks to their dedicated service department.

Recall service

I was very happy overall but I did notice a little chauvinistic attitude with my service person. My husband happen to come in and when the service man saw him he started addressing all the questions to him for his answers. It is 2015 so that should never happen. He was not even aware he had done it but it was very obvious.
