Was out looking for my daughter a car to buy & went to Rusty Wallace Honda. The service we got was amazing. The salesman ( Jody Darden ) answer all of our questions we had. He give us time to our self to talk about things. We felt like he went out of his way on helping us. My daughter got the car she wanted thanks to Rusty Wallace Honda. Great customer service. They were not pushy like other dealerships. Mike England and Jeff O'Dell were very friendly, helpful and took great care of us. Very Good Buying Experience

Although Rusty Wallace was not the closest Honda Dealer to me, I chose to drive an hour away to visit the dealership. I purchased a new CRV from Jonathan and was pleased with my buying experience. I never felt pressured and the transaction went smoothly. I was given a fair price for my trade in and Jonathan made sure that my new vehicle was clean and ready to go. He also went out of his way to explain where everything was in the vehicle and how to operate the technology. I will go out of my way to bring my vehicle to Rusty Wallace for service. I would recommend this dealer to my friends.

Dealership Made It Easy!

My sales person was Jonathan Weaver. Very helpful and respectful. He was not pushy. The deal was made easily enough. They did tear my widow tint when pulling off sticker but gladly replaced it with no problems. I respect them for that. Good dealership overall! Thanks for your hard work in finding the perfect car! Excellent Service Department

My family has purchased several automobiles from Rusty Wallace Honda over the last 4 to 5 years and each and every experience has been excellent. Between the Huffakers and Chad Campbell and the Troutt families what a wonderful business that they have made. I will never own anything other than a Honda. The service department at Rusty Wallace Honda cannot be beat on customer service. My favorites are Allison Richards and that wonderful Randy. I deal with them exclusively and they go beyond expectations to make sure that I am provided with a loaner and courteous to my needs and services provided. I always get a call to let me know what is going on with my service if I have to leave my car there to go to work. If I ever have a complaint which is rare they make sure I am completely satisfied with the situation. They aren't just professionals they become friends. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Rusty Wallace Honda for being so good to me. Allison Richards deserves a raise : ) LISA POPE

Untruthful

Horrible experience! People have been telling me for years to NEVER go to this dealership, but I didn't listen. Took my daughter to buy a car there (used) and they promised her all the things that a dealership should do before one of their vehicles leaves the lot (oil change, check engine, check brakes, etc.) The day after she brought it home, the check engine light comes on and we discovered the oil change and inspection had not been done. Called the dealership to ask why and see if they would fix the problem(s), and they said "we are not going to help." When I asked why they said, because she talked them down on the original price.

Rusty Wallace worth the trip

I drove from pa.looking to upgrade my 2003crv breaking down for the first time with my Honda in Wytheville Va.two days later after Avery expensive repair I arrived at Rusty Wallace in Knoxville Tennessee Jeff Odell was absolutely great he took his time was very professional he is a great salesman thank you Jeff for all you did ,you found the perfect vehicle within my price range.My experience at Rusty Wallace was a very pleasant experience the employees were so nice ,friendly even the gentleman with the contract after a terrible few days in Va. This Honda dealership was a breath of fresh air got a wonderful vehicle if I ever need another vehicle I will drive the extra miles you all have been so kind can't thank you enough best car buying experience I ever had all my respect and God Bless Debby Perrott a friend from the north with a heart for the south
