After calling them several times about a service bulletin that GM had put out, I finally received a phone call from them. They apologized for not returning my phone call and told me that there was a disconnect on their end. They have gone out of their way to resolve this issue. My attitude and experience has completely change. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Nice people frightening service

I have had my 2013 Sierra for about six months. Upon my first visit for oil change, they were relatively fast. A few days later I had pools of oil under my truck in my driveway. I crawled under and found I could hand turn the filter a half turn! It was leaking all around it. I went 2/7/14 for another service and tire rotation. Tuesday I was driving to work and noticed a knock. On the way home it was growing increasingly louder. I decided to take it and drop it off this morning. Well, I did not make it. MY LEFT FRONT WHEEL CAME OFF WHILE DRIVING IT. It slammed to the ground and I slid to a stop about 150-200 ft. I will say they seem serious about making it right and got right to work. The danger of the situation and lack of quality control is unbelievable. They are two for two in screw ups with my truck and after just the second visit resulting in what could have been disastrous, I could in no way recomend their service department.

Dishonest-Arrived with dents, damage & faded paint

I purchased a used truck from this dealer last week(February 2014). It only had 55,xxx miles on it and was posted on "autotrader.com" and other sites. There were no pictures in the ad and so they sent some directly, but they weren't very good and the sales person(Joe Cascone) said he was doing his best but "...was trying to learn the technology)". During the closing process, I sent an e-mail to Joe specifically asking if there were any dents, dings, etc. and he said he personally drove it and said he "personally guarantees" that I will be satisfied with it. Once the truck arrived, the shipping company warned me that there were some body issues and said the the Business Manager from Vince Whibbs(Jimmy Driskell) refused to sign their inspection form that noted the condition before they loaded it on the truck. The truck has serious paint fading on the hood, roof and both front fenders. In order to fix it, those parts must be completely repainted. There is also a dent in the front fender that has started to rust. And, it appears that the rear dually fender has been hit because it has a crack in the plastic, several cracks in the paint and damage to the metal of the bed underneath the fender. The pictures Joe sent me did not show the flaws in the body or paint. The posted advertisement did not mention the issues either. I immediately called Joe back at the dealership and he said that he, "thought the truck looked good". I asked him about his personal guarantee and why he didn't tell me about the issues when I asked, and his response was that he didn't think it looked to bad. Once I realized I was going to get no satisfaction from the dealer, I called the BBB. They promptly educated me on the used car laws in Florida. She told me that Florida has some of the worst laws for the consumer and essentially the dealers can lie to you in writing and there is nothing you can do about it. They have NO legal requirement to be honest and there is NO recourse! Lesson learned...DON'T deal with Vince Whibbs and BE CAREFUL when buying a used car in Florida! I hope this review helps someone else avoid the disappointment and cost I am facing!

An outstanding experience.

We leased a 2012 Cadillac CTS from the Vince Whibbs dealership in Pensacola, Florida. I cannot say enough about the great experience that we had there. We started this important venture with our wonderful salesperson, Mr. Scott Robinson, who spent a lot of time with my husband. Then we met J.P. Whibbs the General Sales Manager, who worked out a great deal for the car. Lastly, we finished the deal with Mr. Jim Driskell, the Business Manager, who so kindly spent a lot of time explaining the leasing process. We have bought many cars in the past and this was our first time leasing. I am now enjoying my CTS and will be a repeat customer at the Vince Whibbs Dealership. An experience that I will never forget. Great job Mr. Whibbs.

Saturn service

I own a 2006 Saturn Ion Redline. Recently the power steering light comes on and I have a sudden loss of power steering. I did some research and this has been a common problem with some of the GM vehicles and therefore has been issued a recall. Since this is the only authorized Saturn service center around me I have tried to contact them numerous time about this issue but am told that they would call me back. I've have yet to hear back from them and if this how they operate their business I would not recommend this place at all. As a Saturn owner I am not happy with this dealership and GM on this issue.
