why cant they br honest

I bought a car on saturday from regal. I bought a car i really like for a decent price. But i was unable to test drive it or take it home saturday because it was at the detailers.The company doing the detailing had the keys in there office and they were closed. I was told the car will be ready monday. So i couldnt take the car home with me. Monday comes around i call my sales person and no answer all day. Tuesday morning i got a call from him saying he will do what he can to get the car to me tuesday. Since at the time of sale it was promised to be delivered to me. He said when he can figure it out he will give me a call back. After several hours no call. Then at around 430 i got a call saying what about between 6-8 pm. I said sure. Nothing again. I was told first thing Wednesday morning it will delivered. When i talked to him i was told he is waiting on a driver at 1230 in the afternoon how is that first thing. I mean how hard is it to be honest. I wont send anyone there that is looking for a car or service.
