Great experience

I had a great experience. They made it happen for and my credit is not good. I was able to get what I wanted and not what they wanted to give me. Chris in used cars was my salesman. I had a major problem after pulling off the lot brought it right back and they gave me a loaner car until my car was fixed. I am well pleased. I enjoyed the guy who does all of your major paperwork and they guy who got me financed was great also. Thanks to Oscar for getting my car fixed and accommodating me too. May God give you guys many great sales and that your bosses give you guys a bonus for over meeting your quotas.

My husband and I just purchased a new 2014 Tundra pick-up. This was not our first time around the car lot and probably won't be the last. Because we knew what to expect with the sales manager and the administration piece we did not want to spend alot of time hanging out in the lobby so planned in advance. We picked out the truck we wanted that took about 10 minutes, then relayed the info to the sales manager to start working the deal. We left behind credentials and asked for a return call they were ready. They sent a text that same evening and we picked up the truck the next day

It was a special treat to work with Reinhardt Motors in Montgomery, AL. And, in particular with the salesman, Joe Knight. We had had the worst experience of our lives with Jack Ingram Motors before going to Reinhardt. The reason we had to go to another dealership was because Jack Ingram sold my 86 year old Mother a lemon. I had worked on the phone with the salesman and manager who both said the car they were selling her was in excellent condition. The day after buying it, the car literally stalled out on the highway. After a couple of times with this we had to replace the car and Jack Ingram refused to work with us. I found Reinhardt Motors through the Better Business Bureau. And was connected with Joe Knight. From the start, he showed himself to be considerate and helpful as well as patient in working with my Mother. Since I am out of state, he worked with me at the same time in taking care of the car insurance and paying off the loan for Jack Ingram's car to have a new loan company handle the purchase. Joe Knight is the best salesman I have met since purchasing cars over the past 30 years. He took it upon himself to work with my Mother in showing her how to use the car, so different than her other one. When the deal was completed, he called her to make sure she and the car were fine. It has been most excellent and my Mother is well pleased. Joe surprised me with a call to check on me during Hurricane Sandy here in NJ. That is beyond the call of duty. I am most grateful to him and Reinhardt Motors for their excellence in customer service.

the supervisor just did not want to make the happen credit was ok income was ok a rebate was on the vehicle but they act like because i did not have a long credit they did not want to finance the vehicle, it was a tundra however i when over to Nissan and got a brand new ti ten i did not make sense to me. i felt it was because i am an African American. i use to love Toyota however that dealer put a bad taste in my mouth and a negative felling towards the hole company. go Nissan for life

Will buy somewhere else

Was looking for new truck,sales person uninterested.Price of base is 26k and up.Internet prices provided by bank worthless,even from their own dealer?.Had to request card in case I returned. Before physical visit several phone calls, since visit none. Maybe thought I could not afford the car? (wrong has been practicing med. for 15 yrs, first "wrong" experience of type. Unfortunate no other choices in town.
