Phenomenal experience

I enjoyed the overall experience. Rob was phenomenal in helping us make a decision. I would suggest having snacks readily available for someone who is making a purchase vs offering a vending machine.

Great service, but still needing resolution.

Service dept. was very accommodating and eager to serve. I thought the issue was resolved by replacing the battery, however almost immediately I was still having the same issues and intermittent warning msgs. (Driver Door Ajar, interior panel and overhead lights would remain on after exiting the car, driver door would not open without the fob). Spoke with Troy and he seemed very eager to get the issue diagnosed and resolved. Will bring the car back in next week.

My new escape

My experience was excellent. The salesman helped me find the right car with the perfect accessories and the best value. I bought an Escape with the 2.0 ecoboost engine. I think it is a great car. My wife will be the primary driver and she loves it. Easy to maneuver with ample space for passengers and cargo.
