Outstanding, quick service. Service manager cared

I was very impressed with the service, and the people who took care of me. I came in for a routine lube and oil change. In addition, Jason Massey brought the air filter out to show me it was a little "worn," and suggested that I have it replaced. With spring and summer upon us, I agree. I was amazed that they took care of me so quickly, and included a full car wash...which I always love. Thanks for the good service! I appreciate it SO much!!! Chrissie Cameron

I was able to find a Ford Edge with all the extras I wanted on it. Salesman Jeff Lowe did an excellent job. Actually we looked him up because he had helped us with a previous Ford purchase.

Good !!

As far as the recall notice went service was great got in and out in a speedy manner. However, I do have a problem with the fact that you offer appointment times online but do not honor those appointments. I scheduled a 9:00 am appointment to get regular oil change etc. and when my husband got there he was told there would be almost a 2 hour wait. The service person told him that they didn't go by the appointments that it would be best for him to get there right at 7. First come first served. If we had known this we would not have bought the maintenance package. When I make appointments at other shops they honor them, if my appointment is for 9:00 as soon as I get there they are ready and take my vehicle back for service. So far that is my only complaint, however it is a big one.
