The joy of dealer service

1st visit: Made appointment to have recall fixed. Gave VIN, etc. After 2+ hours waiting was told: Recall parts have to be ordered, please reschedule. 2nd visit: Made appointment. Recall parts are available. Also asked to have leak investigated: found axle seal leaking & replaced. After 2+ hours waiting receive phone call to come pick up vehicle. Walked to service desk to retrieve van. 4 days later receive phone call to bring vehicle in to have recall serviced - parts are here. Told adviser it was already done
