Ended up buying a 2012 Scion Xb on 7/11. Worked with Jerren Foley, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Traded in a 97 Honda Civic for it, very happy with my purchase. Jerren made the buying process easy and quick. Kerry was the only dealer that offers a lifetime powertrain warranty in my area. Thanks Jerren and Kerry for a wonderful buying experience.

I have been looking at Nissan and Toyota for my next car. I stopped in at Kerry Toyota just to look around and was helped out by Brandon Caddy. He approached me while I was looking around and I told him I was just looking. He was very friendly and didn't waste my time trying to sell me. I felt he wasn't just there to sell a car but to make my purchase as easy as possible for me. I recommend him to anyone buying a toyota. Then I had to talk to a manager who was just as friendly and helpful. Kerry Toyota will be my dealership for life.

I bought my car through internet sales. Lydia Bender helped me make my decision. She was sensitive to my needs for a car and was patient while I made my choice. She and Greg Laskey worked very hard to make the buying process as quick and easy as it could be. This team certainly made me feel like they were working in my best interest.

Will never return and never recommend this dealer

The sales manager I dealt with appeared dishonest, angry, disrespectful, and demonstrated poor customer service. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealer. In fact, this is the only poor experience I've had with a dealer in the past 8 automobiles I've bought for myself and or my family. The salesman was outstanding, and that's as far as any positive experiences I had with this dealer. Completely disappointed.

Great experience buying a new car!

Covington service department has been taking care of me for 12 years. Now that's it's time to trade in my 2000 4 runner the kerry sales department in florence were helpful without haggling. I love my new 2013 highlander! The whole process was easier than I expected! Thanks Greg, Greg and Micah!

I thought Kerry Toyota stood by the sale of a used Ford Fusion I purchased,when I picked it up after the sale and discovered that there was only one set of keys, the remote key fob did not work and the windshield wipers were torn/ripped. They replaced the wiper blades and replaced the key fob.
