When i get my oil changes and tire rotations it never takes more then an hour, but this last time it took over two hour's and nobody came to me to explain why. I was a little annoyed about that.

Above and beyond

Came in for a recall. Asked the service tech about what to use to remove pine sap off of the hood not wanting to damage the finish. He asked someone from the wash center who gave a recommendation and then tried it himself to see if it would help! WOW, way above any expected service! Thanks.

Attentive Service

A loaner car was not requested in advance of my body work appointment, nor was my car insurance provider contacted to make sure I had coverage for such. But I was pleased that a loaner car WAS available, and that your dealership agreed to cover the cost since my appointment was set before realizing I didn't have coverage.

Worked me in quickly, friendly and great service

Although after bringing my vehicle in to be checked the problem was found to be minor. Often you will find places that will manufacture something wrong but they were HONEST with me and my visit. Something simply fixed. And I would like to say the woman, who assisted me knows as much as the men who have probably had mechanical experience.

Auto stop recall correction NOT SAFE

My experience with the dealership was great but the GM recall correction makes to auto stop feature very erratic. I think the adjustment to the auto stop is NOT SAFE. Can you disable this auto stop feature? The minimal gas savings is not worth risking the safety of my family.
