My first nice Cadillac from Todd Bollman.

I found this CTS online at Lavery's, I inquired then online to the dealership about the CTS. The car was pulled up & ready to go when I arrived for my appointment. I was able to look over the car in a clean air conditioned area. I was presented with all the info I wanted including a build sheet for the car. We made the deal & I couldn't be happier so far...

Fantastic Service and Support

I ordered a Chevrolet volt 2013 to ship to Alabama. They have the best prices in the states. It was my first time buying a car myself and Lavery couldn't have made it easier. The process was transparent and fast, and service was always available and fast. Mark Eberling did a great job and I highly recommend him. I got my car with a full tank of gas and temporary tags all taken care for me. Great experience!

BEST EXPERIENCE IN CAR BUYING

HI, I had David as a salesman. i couldn't be more pleased with the hospitality and friendliness. poor David even had to upset a friend of his to put me in my dream truck. (sorry again brotherman) I have to say after buying from Lavery and David this past week I sent 2 other family members there that also bought 2 new cars. I wouldn't ever think of going anywhere other than Lavery. remember, everyone there is very helpful and kind but David is the one you want to assist you. thanks again David and Lavery

Unhappy!

I was supposed to drive nearly 100 miles to see a 2014 Cadillac Escalade. I had made an on line appointment 2 days in advance. One of the managers named Mark called me since the on line person I was dealing with was off on Saturday. He told me that every thing was set and to confirm I was coming in. I got a call a little while later by him telling me that the Escalade wasn't there. One of the managers took it on vacation! They had another Escalade that was higher priced. I asked if they would lower the price $1200.00 since the other Escalade price was dropped the day before. Mark said he would ask a different manager and call me back. That didn't happen. After an hour, I called back and got Marks voice mail. A little while later I called and asked for a different manager I got his voice mail. So I called again and spoke to Mark. He told he he was busy and they were short people and they really couldn't lower the price much. The other problem was that they listed free service at any GM dealer and a lifetime power train warranty on the vehicle disclaimer. When I asked Mark about that he said the service is free for xxxx amount of miles. The lifetime power train warranty only applies if you go in twice a year for service at there dealer ship. I own a auto repair shop and they're almost 100 miles away! Mark basically said he was sorry and that was all. He didn't even offer to call me when the Escalade was back from vacation!

I would give Todd 10 stars if they had that many....We have bought 5 cars now from Todd Bollman @ Lavery's & after living & buying cars in other states Todd has always taken great care of us. We love our new LaCrosse as it is way more than we expected for the money we spent. We would recommend Todd to anyone looking for a vehicle of any kind. Best Experience from a dealer - Mark is the best!

I recently purchased a 2010 Lexus from Mark. I had been looking for this type of vehicle for about 1 month and most of the dealers I would come across were short with me and didnt want to take the time to be my eyes and ears (after all I am calling from another state). I probably asked him about a million questions over the week that I was looking at it and he never gave me the feeling that I was inconveniencing him, not even for a second. I buy a new car every year and this is the exact kind of service I expect when making a big purchase like this. Mark is not the exception either, it seems that most everyone in the place has the same mentality. Good job you guys, hope to work with you again!

Worth the trip to Alliance!

This is the first car I've purchased from Lavery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Todd, the salesman, worked with me, was super helpful in having everything ready for me, and Becky in finance really seems to go the extra mile to make sure you're getting the best deal you can! As for the dealersip? Top notch. Clean and comfortable, and the only dealership I know of where you can browse ANY General Motors model you wish. Yep. They have all four lines. Easily my best car buying experience, and likely not my last with Todd and the folks at Lavery, regardless of any 40 mile drive!
