Best car dealership ever!

I have a long term love affair with cars. I have owned 3 Mercedes Benz S Class Sedans, 2 BMW 7 Series, 1 Lexus LS 430 and a Maserati Quatroporte. All interesting and wonderful cars. All purchased from a variety of dealers around Florida. None of the dealers deserved repeat business or customer loyalty. Meanwhile, the rest of my family has driven Fords. We started with a Ford Explorer (traded in a Mazda Miata) in 1994. Then we got an Expedition, then an Excursion (2000 Limited which we still own with 295,000 miles - still running strong). Then my sister got a Ford Focus and we got another Excursion (kids growing up, we need more cars). All of these cars were purchased at Al Packer Ford. Each time we had a different salesperson. Each sales experience was amazing. None of the salespeople have left. Everyone of them is a long term employee. They work as a team. They support the sale. The support and help the customer. The prices are fair and there is no gamesmanship in the sale. They ask are the most processional car sales experience ever. The level of attention to the customer's needs are far superior then what I have found buying the highest end cars. I've shopped for Bentleys, Ferraris, Audis and Mercedes and they can't compete with Al Packer Ford. I would be remiss not to mention the service department. They are also great. They are accurate on the time it will take to repair. They are accurate on the cost. They are attentive to get as much done on Ford's warranty as possible. They are great about fixing recalled items, no matter how small. All in all. This is the best dealership ever! - and..No, I am not related to the owners (the Packer Family has owned the dealership for ages). I am just a very happy customer who will buy another Ford from them soon.

No hassle experience.

I've bought dozens of cars and motorcycles over the years and typically it's a several hour process. While I realize it takes time, some dealerships seem to take pleasure in seeing just how long they can keep you in one office or another. My sales rep Ed Okin made sure the process was smooth and easy. Once we agreed on a deal, the paperwork was done and I was out of there in about an hour. This was one of the best car buying experiences of my life. Highly recommended.

they made it right

We had a purchase agreement to buy a used car from this dealership the week of 1-19-15. After being jacked around for 6 days.. first the car was in being detailed and then the car had been transferred to another dealership and could not be sold to us anymore. Our salesperson was very apologetic and I actually felt bad for him. I contacted the sales Manager, Tracy on 1-26-15 and told him what I thought of his shady dealings. On Tuesday 1-27-15 a new trade in came in and our salesman Anthony contacted us and gave us first dibs on the vehicle. They sold it to us at an exceptional price and were very apologetic and professional with the remainder of this transaction. Yes I would recommend this dealership especially Anthony Moretti. My husband flew to florida and picked up the car. Thanks Anthony for making this deal happen.
