Excellent service from all individuals at Benz. Special callout to Richard Harris, his patience , honesty and transparency on the process far excelled anyone else I have encountered in the luxury car segment. We made the deal only because of the trust and professionalism on Richards part. There was no impatience on his part to hard sell till we were ready. Thanks Richard for making the car buying process easy. Also Adil the finance business operations leader explained all the numbers and what we were getting into. My First Mercedes

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this dealership. I have been shopping for a car for the past months and every dealership refused to help me due to the fact that I had a used car which I was upside down in. This was not a problem with Mercedes. I was treated with outstanding customer service from beginning to end of my car buying process. I referred my aunt that same day and she also purchased a brand new vehicle from them. Cary Jedlovec was excellent. He made sure that we were taken care of and that we purchased a car that we love. Everyone was super nice and eager to help us and that is why I recommend this dealership to everyone.

Online Purchase of Vehicle

When I contacted almost all other dealers about a car, I received 2 - 7 emails only about my inquiry and the other dealerships didn't read my email. MB of Tampa called me and were very, very professional. As I expected from a Mercedes Dealershp. Although time and schedule prevented me from purchasing their vehicle ( I am still looking), I am in contact with MB of Tampa due to their professionalism and polished approach to follow up.
