Located the car we were interested in purchasing online. Emailed the dealership & received a prompt response by email and then was provided a direct contact number for our salesman. He was very knowledgeable & friendly, had majority of paperwork prepared prior to our arrival. 90 minutes from arrival to pulling out of the lot with our new car. salesman: Frank Severius finance: AJ Miller We have already made several recommendations to friends that are in the market for a new vehicle.

Great experience!

We had a great experience. I called and asked if the vehicle was still available. They put us right through to a salesman Fred Sellers. He asked if we would like to see it and when would be convenient for us. When we arrived he had it waiting under their staging area ready to show. Fred was very well versed on the features and made the whole purchasing process a pleasure. Everyone at this dealership worked as a team with the same goal in mind. I would highly recommend Bozard to anyone wanting to find the car or truck suited to them.

My experience with Bozard Ford/Mercury was excellent. I have bought several cars over the 15 years i was driving and only experienced this type of customer service once. I was in the market for a reasonably priced used sports car and I found a decent deal on a 99 SVT Cobra that they had advertised on-line. i let them know I was interested and already had secured my own cash and financing and they really made an extra effort to make the sale. They drove that beast up to my house and let me drive it back down to the dealership. We talked for a minute, made the bottom-line price right, and it was all smooth sailing from there. The quality of the work was good, the vehicle I purchased had all the standard servicing done, as well as a fresh set of tires. I went over the car for a few days and put some miles on it. I found some minor things that could use a little work, but I did not find anything that shocked me. They had a great presentation everything was very clean and and in good running order, and they made sure to stick a full tank of gas in that thing before I drove away. On another note, Mr. AJ Miller has some fantastic calligraphy going on, they should make a Microsoft font with the handwriting he puts on a bank draft!
